The best things I like are the amenities and location within the price. The room was moderately spacious with all amenities we need on a regular basis. Enough pillows, blankets, microwaves, shower elements, and towels were well enough. Except the lotion which was the housekeeper's fault cause it was empty. Lovely smile at the reception

The bed was not very much comfortable however it is kind of personal preference and the WIFI was not available so could not connect to Netflix.

Was booked to go next door but changed my mind at the last minute. Im so glad I did. This gem had everything + more. The basket and fridge of goodies was a bonus at very reasonable prices. The bed was super comfy and the linen was fresh and clean. I own an elite 6 star accommodation service on Lake Macquarie and I cant fault anything. Certainly would choose again in a heartbeat if ever back in the area.

Didn’t have breakfast location was good

No hair dryer office had sign up open at 8 am no one there waited till 8.30 still no one in office and we had to leave to go to our function at 8.30 so not happy should have a hair dryer in the room also there was no sign to hang on door that we did not want the cleaner to clean the room when we were not there as our personal belongings were still in there but the cleaner went in anyway not happy with that and couldn’t get sign as the office was closed

Rooms are well appointed with all the amenities one could expect and more. Beds are super comfortable with a lot of fluffy pillows and warm blanket! The fact that rooms are away from main road is a huge bonus and very quiet. Megan the owner was a great host and really took care of making sure the stay was a good one and it truly lived up to my expectations. will definitely stay here again!

Meghan & her housekeeping staff are a pleasure to deal with for anything ,these beautiful ladies go above & beyond most willing to accommodate to your needs where possible. Would highly recommend for many reasons Thanking you muchly for showing us that good ppl still exist Xx

clean and smell fresh. The room is quite good just enough for a family and having a microwave is a bonus.

a bit disappointed that the check out is quite early at 9:30am and it would be nice if there is a another shelf/drawer to put toiletries as the space provided is not enough.

Liked it's central location, the manager had turned the heating on in our room as we were going to be late arriving and whilst we didn't use it there was a very good mini bar selection waiting for guests. A great example of attention to detail.

Nothing was an issue

Staff were great. I arrived late and the staff turned my heater on so i had a warm room

Had a slight leak in the bathroom and floor was a little wet, but nothing to bad to worry about

A quiet room at the rear of the motel which helped lessen traffic noise

With four of us in room it was a bit difficult to move around and find places to put bags etc. Bathroom was very small for 4 people. Air conditioner was noisy. Towels were of inferior quality.

Ideal location, clean and nicely appointed with tea coffee etc which made for a very pleasant stay. Would certainly stay again. Thank you Megan
