The room size, the bed size and the overall decor were excellent. There was a disabled parking spot right near the entry foyer not to far from our room which was on the ground floor (no steps / stairs!)

One of the reasons we chose the Remington was the ability to dine in on Sunday night, only to be advised three days prior to our travel that the dining room would be closed on the Sunday night. We couldn't be bothered to change motels at that late stage, so we had to go across the road to a take-away only pizza shop, order a pizza and have it delivered to us at the motel; not the dining experience we were expecting.

5 star rooms and toiletries, exceptional staff...WELL GROOMED, polite, informative...nothing was too much trouble! Every member of staff greeted you with a smile which is so rare now in hospitality. Thank you to Vissi, Maddy and Bella in particular. The 'continental' breakfast was outstanding, a glass of complimentary bubbles on arrival was such a lovely touch after a long drive, our room and bathroom incredibly clean and noticed an 'Excellence' sticker for health and hygiene on the restaurant kitchen door. This place was an oasis and we managed to stay an extra night instead of moving on to another town. Management clearly know what they're doing here. Well done!

Convenient location, close to local shops. Friendly staff. Nice room facilities. Pleasantly surprised there was absolutely no noise from highway traffic (stayed to the rear of the property near the creek). Loved how staff placed a ‘freshener/item replacement’ bag with towels, toilet paper and soaps outside the room each day, when ‘do not disturb’ sign was displayed. It ensured our room was still serviced, but just on our own terms. Was fantastic that breakfast was included. There was a good variety of food, particularly for a continental breakfast.

Room service and dinner was unavailable for the duration of our stay. Mini bar items too expensive - at minimum, bottled water should be provided to each guest, per day.

Everything from comfortable beds and pillows large screen tv well filled mini bar in the fridge and two glasses of bubbly left on our table in our room when we arrived to amazing food and cocktails in the restaurant very friendly and well mannered staff

Water pressure in the shower and could not get the free wi fi working even going to the office 3 times and annoying the lovely ladies at the desk they were wonderful but to no avail would not work

The Remington is an oasis of calm, comfort and excellence. On the highway, and within a short walk of the eateries and amenities in the heart of town, it manages to be beautifully quiet - and the comfort of the beds ensures a great night's sleep. Everything is stylishly decorated, spacious and of high quality - with added touches like a log fire in the reception seating area; a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival; the ability to stream content from one's own devices to the huge in-room TV; and a superb breakfast (in the wonderful in-house restaurant) included in the room price. The staff are delightful: both caring and competent. A great experience.

Receptionist was fantastic. Staff were super friendly. Room service was provided due to restaurant being closed. Food was excellent. Cocktails were great, have a new favourite cocktail now :) Hose/hand held shower was much appreciated from the sensory sensitive person. Continental breakfast was great, heaps of food. Extra blankets were fluffy and warm. Bed was comfortable and heaps of choice for pillows.

Only stayed one night!!!! Toilet behind door in bathroom, a little awkward and the door stop could be a toe killer. Road noise heard, but not unbearable.

The room was spacious, nicely appointed the bed and bathroom both very comfortable. We ate the restaurant and it was excellent. Cold water or a glass on wine on arrival and a bathroom near reception were lovely added extras. As was the large flock of bats nearby. Receptionist was nice and friendly.

The parking was unallocated full near our room, the overflow car was a fair distance to cart luggage and it was awkward (two right turns across traffic on a busy road at dusk) to get in and out of the car park to get back to the car park at the front also where the disabled bays were. Allocated space for the disabled room, which we were booked into would be good.

The Remington Muswellbrook is the pinnacle of accommodation. King bed was very comfortable, TV was huge! The room was ultra modern with all the amenities one requires. Modern bathroom, shower with great water pressure. Check in and out was seamless. Friendly and helpful staff as always. Thanks Bella! Breakfast was included in my rate and it was delicious. Bella organised a dinner reservation for me as well. Highly recommend The Remington. Parking at the front. Close to town centre.

all the staff were friendly and very helpful bed was comfortable lovely room great size tv, fabulous buffet breakfast great cappuccinos

had no hot water at first staff got it fixed straight away(thankyou staff) but due to residue from the fix had brown water for quite a few hours til it all settled down again also no free netflix but did have the capability to stream through the tv from your own device which became too much of a hassle to be bothered

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Room is exactly like the pictures you see.. I stayed in Deluxe King room on floor level. Had nice view with river. Restaurant had a delicious dinner menu well worth eating there. The continenal breakfast including freshly made cappuchinos. Will definitely go back to stay again when in Muswellbrook.
