Facilities and location

I didn’t like that renovation work was being done above our studio apartment that started very early in the morning with very loud machinery and banging and hammering. I would have thought staff knowing this was happening could have located us somewhere else. I did tell them my concerns but it was not worth moving at that time. Noise was not as bad the second morning it did however made our stay not as enjoyable as it should have been which was disappointing.

Great view of the sea out my bedroom window. Right next to the golf course if that's what you're in to (not me). But there is a nice bistro there and a welcoming bar with great views. Good walking right from the motel: 1) turn left and go down to the seal rocks at entrance to the harbour 2) turn right and walk down to a cafe at the surf beach. Rooms are a good size, with more than standard motel facilities - decent size fridge, toaster, basic cooking stuff. Very good value for money. I was in Narooma for the mountain biking. The staff we're happy for me to keep my cleaned bikes in the room, or would have provided sheets if needed.

Bit of a hike to get to local restaurants - except the golf bistro which is 2 min walk. Not an issue if you have a car. Would be a hassle if had to walk.

We stayed in a studio room on the top floor and the ocean views from the balcony were outstanding. The hotel is directly across the road from Australia's 18th best public golf courses with the Club house having excellent facilities including a very popular bistro. I found the hotel a fantastic base camp to explore the region, both North of South.

It was a bit of a struggle carting the luggage up two flights of narrow steps to the top level without a lift. I would recommend a ground floor room for persons with mobility issues.

Hi my name is Roger Me and my son went there first time. Where from Bungedore.near Canberra The staff rang me and apologised First thing in the morning that the tv isn’t working. Got upgraded to there to there new apartments. Absolutely mind blowing view of Merimbula and the interior of the apartment was 10 out of 10 all brand new and done right water fall shower an all the rest. Some body left a can of beer open in the fridge. They apologised. We got back from swimming and put a metal bucket full of ice on our outside table with a Merimbula I can’t remember what it was like a micro brewery alcoholic drink. I have travelled most of Europe with my son lots. That’s awsome . Thanks Roger and Luka

We had a top floor (3 rd floor) apartment (via stairs in case thats an issue). Balcony overlooking ocean and golf course and pool area. There are plenty of balcony/outdoor spaces for everyone. The room was so spacious, and sooo comfortable, and quiet. The golf club is across road where you can have meals. Onsite parking available too, and there is a guest laundry. We’d like to stay here longer next time.

This hotel was a great surprise.... we were there to play golf at the Narooma Golf Club... The Ocean view room looked right out over hte course to the water... simply fantastic. Twin room with 2 queen beds was fantastic, super clean, awesome shower... really very happy. The lady who checked us in was really friendly and helpful... definitely will stay there again when back in Narooma

Everything! Excellent position that gave amazing views over the golf course and ocean over to Montague Island. Room was huge with facilities that were clean and everything we needed. Better actually than expected.

Nothing! Perfect spot with amazing views and facilities. Only challenge was the shower temp a little tricky but that was so minor an issue that was nothing compared to all that was fantastic about the accommodation.

Family run, casual, friendly, efficient, very good hosts. Suite on 2nd floor was newly refurbished, spacious, modern, very clean, fabulous ocean view, good location, on site parking. Quiet location close to beach, walks, etc.

No lift. Suites overlooking pool & bbq can be noisy 8am - 8pm only. Quiet otherwise. Dining in individual Suite’s kitchenette. Local restaurants, cafes, stop serving food at 8pm Local major supermarkets close by.

Great location directly across the road from the golf course and uninterrupted views across the ocean to Montague island. The complex is easy to get to, quiet and the staff were really lovely. Great peaceful location and our favourite part was the terrace to sit and take in the afternoon.

We loved the view, the size of the room, how close it was to everything, especially the beach, it felt like a stones throw away.

The bathroom fan was very loud, and the neighbouring room could see into our balcony and potentially into our room if they wanted to, which was a little unsettling, other than that, it was perfect! 🥰
