The room was clean and appointed as expected. There was good heating and plenty of room, and a very comfy bed.

Well the room exceeded my expectations. First of all, I brought my Mum and her friend to stay at the Tree Motel for one night. The deluxe room was really big. It comprised of three separate rooms a bathroom and 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and another room with one single bed and a bunk bed. Very spacious. Plus, there were lot of plates, forks cups, glasses in the cupboard. Even better there were frying pans, electric plug cooker. This is great because sometimes the lunch and dinner options in Narooma are a bit expensive and quality isn't great. So it was fantastic to be able to cook our own meals. I have stayed in many motel rooms that are much smaller and have less things in them. So I really couldn't ask for more. Also the motel manager, lent me his snorkel, so I could go to the Blue Water Pool in Bermagui. I definitely want to come back again and stay in room 1A. Please don't tear the place down and rebuild it. It is very unique and should be preserved. From Matthew Tam

Lovely location, walking distance to shops and supermarket. Great pool and BBQ area. Very good parking. Beautifully kept grounds. Excellent on site manager, friendly and very helpful.

It was easy to access, clean working BBQ, pod coffee machine is always a plus, pool, good parking, quiet and well serviced. Dave was most helpful.

You get what you pay for with a budget hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the extras included that not all budget hotels meet the mark on - decent tv, plates, cutlery, electric frypan and also electrical hot plates. There’s also air con and a fan, seating outside and a pool. Location is opposite a woolies, aldi etc. For a short, cheap stay it’s great. If you’re sick of eating out, can prepare a quick meal in your room.

Everything. It was comfortable, nicely decorated, soft towels, great lighting, AMAZING air con, really hot shower with beautiful water pressure, well stocked tea and coffee, clean and well working appliances (pod coffee machine was awesome!), so much to list! Could not believe how awesome the room was for such an incredible price!

The only thing we didn’t like is that we couldn’t stay longer! Best sleep I’ve had in so long

Location was beyond perfect, and facilities exceptionally clean. Check in was easy and flexible (late check in). Parking available right outside your room door. Staff were very accommodating and understanding when we needed to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances. This trip has been three years in the making and there was an obstacle at every turn - Tree Motel really came through for us when we needed it and we cannot thank their team enough.

Shower door was broken which made getting in and out of the shower a bit challenging. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours very clearly. These things really aren't deal breakers though - we slept comfortably, enjoyed our hot showers at the end of the day and will most definitely stay at Tree Motel again!

Dave the new on-site Manager was excellent. The reception is now permanently closed and the remote booking office did not pick up. Dave sorted our air con and made himself avail during our stay He was very pleasant and professional. He is a real asset to this property. The motel is clean but a little bit tired. Good location near Narooma Plaza and walking distance down the hill to the Quaterdeck for dining.

Some traffic noise from the highway

Comfortable bed, provided shampoo and conditioner, coffee pod machine and biscuits, fresh linen and off-street parking at competitive pricing and accepted a 1-night booking on a long weekend.

Sound insulation somewhat limited, unfortunately adjacent guest snoring very loudly all night and crying baby on other side impacted my sleep, though no noise from highway. Older LCD TV did not tune all free to air channels.
