We like staying at this property and have done for the last 10 years or more. It is of good value but does need a little TLC. We have been advised that the Holiday Lodge is to receive an upgrade to bring it up to another property owned - I do hope that this does not increase the current tariff too much as it may take it out of our price range.

I know it was the current thing of Covid times but no face-to-face contact with the office staff and only operating online SMS etc does let accommodation properties down, I think. We were in town for an event and a lot of our friends would have stayed at this venue but could not make contact with the office to make a booking as their phone was not connecting to their provider whilst travelling.

the communication days before we were set to arrive, we were completely updated with information on the date and time of check in , and since it's a digital password doorlock, it was more convenient to enter and exit the premises. one less door card to loose, the room was clean, and complete with the standard amenities in the kitchen , we have plates and cutleries, and hot water in the toilet was an awesome thing to have during this time of winter. well done to the new management team

Totally unplanned stop as it was getting too late & I wasn't confident in driving on to Merimbula. I'm so grateful to be able to secure this last minute! I didn't have to camp in my car, phew. Seamlesss keyless check in. Very comfortable bed. Nice hot bath. All I did was have a hot shower and crash for the night. But didn't fail to notice how lovely it was with the little outdoor seating area too. It was very clean. So much better than some of my other prebooked accommodations in other little towns.

Contactless check-in was super easy, received a test message and email with my room number and door code. Add the great price, comfy beds and good hot shower makes this a great stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean however a little outdated not that this is problem. Tea and coffee was also provided.

Nothing, the room lived up to expectations and would recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap stay.

Facilities are a bit old. Chairs are broken and wabbling. My son was falling down because old chair. One room with aircon，the other room has not. Lucky we brought our own. Toliet ceiling is mould.

Absolutely loved that all information was given to us about our room code and room number prior to us arriving at the property. Loved the allocated car parks for our room. Loved the ease of access and how close everything was. Overall, absolutely loved our stay.

Our hot water kept cutting in and out when we were showering which was a little annoying.

We loved the location and our room was perfectly positioned to still offer us privacy. The Holiday Lodge was quiet in the evenings and staff were easy to talk to.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable, felt a bit worn and the couch was the same, it dipped quite a bit when you sat on it.

This was my first stay at Holiday Lodge Motel Inn Narooma after having stayed elsewhere in the town on previous visits. The location was excellent for my two night stay and was conveniently located near a lively cafe for breakfast and hotel for evening meals.

Nothing! The Holiday Lodge Motor Inn met all my expectations of a small motel. It would be my first choice if I ever travel the East Coast again in the future.

Kitchen great, bed comfortable and room cleaned.

Freezer in fridge did not work and upstairs a bit hard for older people but we managed

The view and the location walking distance to shops also like the key pad lock to access your room rather then having to carry a key or a card .

The bed was not real comfortable recommend replacing the mattress and the shower was not real good.
