Lovely staff who were very helpful, and Modern in-room amenities that were lovely and clean. Beds were nice and comfy, but I cheated and took my own pillow ;) Loved the bathrooms, however there was no proper ventilation so very foggy after a shower.

oh the dear old gym facilities - yuck! So very old and tired. I felt like I was in a room that was a dirty little secret, or a shameful relative no one wants to invite to Christmas dinner. It's down a winding path, away from eyes, and oh so smelling of mould. Pretty gross and offputting.

The location is excellent, the family room we took was very spacious and had everything you need from kitchen utensils,towels,dryer,dishwasher and a big fridge. The pool was really nice .we enjoyed our stay and would consider it again in the future.

It was clean at first sight. But once you sit on the couches and you see the dirt in between the cushions and under it you know they dont do a thorough clean .the blinds need repairs as there were some missing or broken.

Dishwasher functions were illegible, and the powder section was dirty and clumped with old powder. Laundry - powder section was clumped with old powder. Washing machine did not wash clothes properly. Bedroom- uncomfortable mattress. Can feel the springs. Wardrobe rubber coming off. Loungeroom- one of the couches felt unstable. Did not use during the time we stayed. Ensuite - flush button always got jammed.

The property is well located within walking distance of the marina, beach, shops, cafes & clubs. It’s well maintained, very clean with lush gardens & a lovely pool area & outdoor spa. Our apartment was large & comfortable. Reception staff were delightful & provided us with the information we required to access all facilities

We were originally allocated a unit which faced the back of the complex. it was small & quite dark on a winter afternoon. I know our stay wouldn’t have been as pleasant if we hadn’t asked to relocate to a unit facing the pool area

Great central location. Short walk to the main shopping strip and waterfront. Small pool and spa was nice as well.

Apartment was a good size but everything seems very worn and tired. The glass dining table was very wobbly - not great with young kids. Also didn't like how we were asked to take out rubbish out on check out - isn't this what we paid for? A kids splash area was also advertised but it wasn't there or wasn't turned on. Not sure why it was advertised then.

A good central location - easy to get to the shops and a short walk to a lovely beach. The apartment was spacious. Loved the open plan layout of the kitchen and living area. We appreciated having two bathrooms as well as two bedrooms. A good sized balcony that got the sun most of the day - although it didn’t have much of a view. The swimming pool is a good size, so I enjoyed an early morning swim before it got busy.

Key collection from the lock box was easy and straightforward. Undercover parking and direct access to the apartment makes our commute during cold and wet weather days fuss free.

As I was travelling for work, the initial call from the accommodation to confirm my stay and arrival time was much appreciated. However, the follow up calls in the middle of the day during work hours was distracting. The ladies should have told me in the first instance that after hours collection was available.

Cleanlines

I booked the apartment for 4 adults and 3 kids for 2 nights . The funny thing is whenever we get back to the apartment after swimming or beach and had shower, after 5th person the hot water runs out and the left 2 persons had to shower with the cold water. And we have to wait good 4-5 hours for hot water again if we like to use it. That was the frustrating situation but other than that all good!

Well, it was pouring with rain, and we got drenched getting the keys the drive to our spot was a bit scary as cars were coming out of either side and we did not know where we were going.

Leaving keys in a dry space was not fun getting into the room and having to change into dry cloths There was no paperwork on how to use the phone could not find a remote for the tv in the main bedroom

Excellent location within easy walk to shops restaurants, clubs and harbour front. Pool facility was loved by the kids. Undercover parking was a bonus. Fantastic spacious apartments for families.

Beds were too hard and a bit of bathroom maintenance to remove mould from grout is needed. Hallway noise is very easily heard. Remote control fans/lights need looking at as the lights randomly switch on during the night.
