The location and the large rooms. We also liked the aspect.

It lacked an oven and a dishwasher.

I would most definitely return, the rooms were big and spacious and completely equipped, air-conditioning a welcome reprieve from the heat. I was opposite the pool and had read comments about noise from the pool with lots of children, but honestly it wasn't bad at all. Everyone was very respectful of each other & it was nice to see family's enjoying themselves. The location was great, 15 minute walk to centre of town, 3 minutes down to swim, the diggers club was conveniently a 5 min walk. Parking was easy if you have more than one car.

I felt like the rooms needed an extra clean, don't get me wrong they were in no way dirty, it seemed like the end of season and everyone was getting a little tired. In saying that, the towels & linen were bright white, towels being soft & fluffy. Let's also add, this would not hold me returning, it will be my first go to venue.

Great location for a very short walk to the nearby beach which is great for little kids. So quiet, barely any waves and Little Rock pools which we are keen to explore once the little one gets a bit older. A 10-15 minute walk to the cafes and restaurants by the coast and also a lovely shaded playground too! It was very spacious in the living area in particular and really appreciated the washing machine too! The bathrooms could be a bit more modern but they were clean. Loved the Nelson Bay Area, everything is so close by, like 10 minutes drive to get anywhere!

Sound proofing of the place - sound travels from the sides outside and also from upstairs. But good sound proofing inside the apartment.

The staff were amazing, Maria and Nick. They are business owners and were incredibly friendly and helpful. We - to our dismay - actually managed to start a small electrical fire (entirely our own fault and nothing to do with any of the facilities - very embarrassing) It caused a huge inconvenience to Maria and Nick, and other guests, as the fire brigade had to come out and the alarm rang for a while and there was the smell of burning plastic. Huge apologies to any other resident guests at the time. The owners were incredibly patient and helpful - unbelievably so. Nick helped us get the apartment cleaned up - in the end there was no damage. We were amazed by how kind and generous they were to us - and fascinating company also. Nick is a very interesting person! The apartment itself was a great two bedroom townhouse, with a great kitchen and huge TV. Very comfy, clean and better than our expectations for the price - plus a parking space in front. It's a great location and we will be back! Thank you Maria and Nick!

Pool and spa were great. Beds were very comfortable. The inclusion of glad wrap etc was very helpful Location was central.

The kitchen cutlery and crockery was very limited and basic. It was annoying that the door automatically locked from the outside whenever it closed. The outdoor front door mat was saturated for our whole stay despite it only raining on day one. Instructions for the washer/dryer would have been helpful, but it was awesome to have!

The pool was great and the location, and layout of the rooms also very good.

The staff didn't communicate well, and there was never anyone in the office - the sign with a mobile number was always on the door saying they were elsewhere in the complex cleaning. The room was not very clean with bits of food from previous guests on the balcony and under the lounge but it was overall ok. Various light switches in the room didn't work.

Absolutely fantastic location. Easily walking distance to everywhere. Great value for money, feels like home. The pool was lovely, the staff were helpful. Amazing spa bath in the room. Good cooking utensils and facilities available. Also a BBQ you could use if you wanted. Definitely would recommend friends and family to stay.

LOTS of instructional signs inside the apartment warning you not to damage anything. The internal doors didn't close properly. The water in shower could intermittently scald you.

The townhouse was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet, and the balcony was a lovely spot to sit and relax. Easy walk to the markets on Sunday, and the club is just down the road.

The shower in the jacuzzi was very dangerous as there were no hand rails to hold on in order to have a shower, and there were quite a few stairs overall. The complex was not as close to Nelson Bay as we thought, so we needed to drive everywhere

Great value property with good facilities. Water pressure great with ample hot water. Bedding comfortable and really roomy rooms! Parking is great although only one car space is usually assigned, but there's also some staff parking that can also be used if not occupied. Good location and minutes walk to the beach. RSL club around the corner.

The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and tidy, great location. Good access to parking. Friendly and helpfull straff and maintenance personal on hand to address any issues. Pool and spa were great

There was a strong smell of bleach at the rear of property, however it didnt last long. No oven or grill. Some of the cutlery had small spots of what looked like rust. Pedestal Fan blades very dusty
