Staff very agreeable and accommodating. Initially I made an error on my booking and made it for 2 adults and a puppy, but I actually had 2 x 12 year old kids that I needed space for also. James made that happen. Thanks James.

Look, I cannot complain given that we got the space last minute. Only issue for me..because I love my sleep was the bed comfort. A less soggy mattress and bunks that don't creak on the slightest movement. However, it was clean, we had hot water. James also explained that there were improvements being made, so other than those things...it was fab!

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were immaculate and super comfortable. The bathroom was clean with an updated shower recess. The motel is old but I am too, so no points lost for that! It's located close to everything and being pet friendly is a winner for me.

After reading reviews I was a little concerned, but I was pleasantly surprised. We had a lovely renovated room. With a large TV, Netflix if you want it. A lovely clean new bathroom, beds were comfortable and clean. It had a new mini bar size fridge. I could park my car directly outside my room so it was convenient to pack and unpack. Easy check in. A comfy leather lounge to relax on.. Close to town. A great place for my daughter and our two dogs to stay.

I would suggest having plates, bowls and cutlery in the room. I'm celiac and have to carry my food everywhere. And had to go without breakfast as there was nothing to eat it from. Also the shower temperature was cold one second and piping hot the next. Which I should have mentioned to staff but forgot.

Great location, easy to access (but one way in&out), park close by to wander thru with pet, great shower. Wish I used the pool but I have a feeling the water would have been too cold.

I personally had trouble with getting into my room, instructions were simple but for some reason my slide action was all wrong. Quite a busy street, so road noise closer to the street, would be less the next level down.

Traveling with a dog makes it difficult to find affordable accommodation. Koala tree was great for us. Our puppy was also allowed in the pool, which was perfect as it was 35 degrees that day!

There were some renovations going on which wasn't ideal. There was also a car blocking the entrance everyday which meant we had to go around the back when coming in from a day out.

The shower leaked into the bathroom floor through the tiles , I think the waterproofing needs maintenance. Also there was a kettle and coffee making things but no teaspoons or milk , minor inconveniences , still very happy with our stay .

Beds very comfortable, rain shower in bathroom tho water pressure is a little weak. Balcony at the other side of room is great, even though it's shared it doesn't feel like it, very long and spacious. Streaming services on TV was great to have too!

The room was very clean and comfortable.. the bed was comfy as was the lounge to watch tv. There was a fridge and a microwave plus coffee/tea facilities, a toaster and mugs and two wine glasses. The access to outside to walk the dog was very good with a garden area and grass as well as a lovely pool at the back of the property.

I had to go to the office as there were no plates, bowls or cutlery plus no ice tray for fridge/ freezer provided in the room. Also no washing up detergent, wash cloth or tea towel.. Also the shelf/ cupboard over the toilet collapsed if you put anything on it..

Central to everything, close to the centre of the town and withing walking distance to food stores

Why Glass tables. If they were replaced with smaller wooden tables or would give more space in the rooms and allow the tables to be moved around easier

the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

why do places insist on giving you a microwave and toaster but no plates or utensils? the room was compact but had room for a small table and two chairs which would have given us somewhere to sit and eat.
