Clean, tidy, close to city centre so made shopping at Coles easy. Good internet and TV system to cast phone to TV but some may have trouble. Easy to get in and out of town if only stopping for an overnight stay.

A little hard to find the property, have to make a quick turn after the roundabout. The sign on main road a little confusing so had to go around the block and come back. Motel is top go the hill not on the corner. The property looks a little dated, the bathroom door in unit 27 drags on the floor. Motel close to shops but a long way from beaches.

Everything went very well, from check-in to check-out. The lady on reception was extremely helpful. The room itself was a very good size, very comfortable and clean with all that you would need. Even given a cup of milk at reception for the tea and coffee provided in the room. Reception gave me a number to call to book a taxi for 5am, because I was catching a flight, was a little nervous it would turn up, but the lady reassured me that in the 7 years she had worked there, the taxi service had never failed. In addition, there is an electronic button near reception and 1st floor, just press and straight through to a taxi service. The taxi did turn up as booked. The hotel is also very well located and close to many restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Plus the drive to the airport only takes 6 minutes. Ample car parking for guests.

The only minor negative, was that a well stocked vending machine for snacks and drinks was out of service.

Lovely and clean facilities. You could see the owner takes pride in the place. Lots of BBQ space. Laundry facilities for 5 dollars with a scoop of washing powder- bargain! a lovely touches with mini bar and breakfast packs. Nice friendly staff on site who are very helpful. wifi was excellent. Great Tv too. Clean bathroom with lovely touches for example make up remover and facecloth. Helpful having shower gel and conditioner also. Had a kitchen skin, microwave, all the plates/cutlery etc that was required. Nice pool too, at the back of the apartments. About a 20 min walk to the main town beach. Close to a shopping centre maybe 15 mins walk. The best motel we have stayed in. It is more like studio apartments to be honest in my opinion.

The bed was a little hard for me personally.

The location was quiet and comfortable. It was reasonably easy to access by car, and parking onsite was free and under sails to keep the cars cool inside, which was fantastic. The free WiFi was good quality without dropouts. Good sized mini fridge.

There wasn't anything not to like about the accommodation. The street it is located on can be difficult to exit at certain times of the day, but it's certainly not a deal breaker.

they advertised airport shuttles & don’t supply. I paid the extra to get accommodation that provided a shuttle service & when I ask to be picked up at the airport they said they were short staffed that day. for my return I asked 2 days in advance for shuttle service & they said they would get back to me they never did so I ended up paying an extra $50 for cab fares. if they can’t give the service they shouldn’t offer it or I should be reimbursed

The room was very generous, two bedrooms rooms in fact and seemed recently renovated with nice shutters nice carpet, 1 of the beds was an electric bed, air conditioners, iron, and two big flatscreen TVs. We were in the townhouses next door to the main motel and they were spacious and well decorated and for an overnight stay had everything we needed. Little kitchenette, with little fridge, microwave, electric frypan and sink. No oven, stove top or laundry facilities in the rooms but for an overnight fine with us. The pool out the back looked really nice! Excellent value for money.

1) The bathroom is more dated than the rest of the rooms, but good size. The shower definitely needs a serious clean however, mold has taken hold and there is gunk all in the doorframe - shame as the rest of the room(s) were great but a hygienic shower is important. 2) Lots of steps up to this specific apartment but in the main motel there were wheelchair-access rooms avail.

Accommodation more than exceeded our expectations. Loved the extra little touches like the reclining bed, the massive tv, array of cushions on the bed and the little pot of milk we got on arrival. A great place to stop for the night on our trip to Sydney! We will definitely be back again. Motel room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed.

Good comfortable accommodation with friendly staff.

The booking was made on the basis that there was a two beds in the room (Mother and daughter traveling). On entering the room a sign stating that use of the single bed would incur an additional $35.00 charge. On double checking the Booking.com site I initially could see no reference to this additional charge. However when I particularly searched i found a link on the main page that if you clicked on it took you to another page with a message re the "chare being based on the use of one bed". It was hardly upfront, non transparent provision of required information. There was also a second sign in the bathroom that could be viewed as worded as less that what you'd expect to read in a quality accommodation venue. (See photos attached)

I didn’t like the fact that I had to sleep on the very uncomfortable small lounge, Having the lounge & another major problem made for a horror first nite But our 2nd nite was 1000% better,

The room was clean. The king bed was comfortable. Having fresh milk was a very nice touch. Having a specific wash cloth for makeup removal was a great idea. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything really to complain about. Would maybe request there were 2 wash cloths along with the makeup removal cloth in each double room.
