Room was clean and comfortable as per previous stays. Service was friendly from Mary and she handled our room error promptly for us (see below).

Initially given a room which was still occupied, despite the hotel system saying it had been checked/cleaned. Had to go back to Reception and wait to be given another room. Only Mary at Reception even though there was a queue of 4-5 people waiting. Another person was also working but she ignored the queue and left Mary to handle it on her own which was disappointing.

The staff were very friendly and room service was very prompt. The room was very clean and attended to every day. We loved the convenience of the breakfast service every morning, it was fresh and hot every time we had it. Was a great distance from the Supercar tracks.

The bed was quite hard and we had trouble sleeping. The aircon wasn't working properly which made the room very stuffy.

exceptional friendly staff especially the nice gentleman who checked us in, location was perfect, place was clean, there's a buffet restaurant right next door and of course McDonalds, thank you all for allowing us to check in early and check out late due to our flights, a life saver travelling with 2 kids

this is purely for future reference, we stayed in the room with 3 single beds, the middle bed moves easily when you sit, almost fell trying get on the bed

The food room service, although a basic menu, was tasty and delivered quickly and was hot AND the chips still crisp! Each evening my room was cleaned and neat and tidy and the ensuite was clean.

My room was near the amenities so there was some unaccountable low frequency noise that vibrated through the floor but was intermittent as it turned off and on.

I have stayed here quite a few times now so obviously I am very happy with it. The location for me is perfect. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean.

The hotel was being painted during my stay so the smell of the paint was quite strong. Nothing you could do about it though. Good to see it being done up

The location was convenient for our needs being close to family and we were easily able to travel by road to where we needed to go.

The breakfast was not worth the money at all. The apple juice tasted like vinegar, orange juice was concentrated, fresh fruit had turned especially watermelon and croissants was hard as a rock. The toast, bacon and baked beans were ok but not worth the money paid.

Breakfast was good with good food, but under the circumstances of the building works, it became a bit chaotic and not enough tables or utensils without having to wait for these to become available.

The external noise such as cars on reservoir rd was loud. It would be great if the windows were double glazed to muff the noise out.

close to Blacktown connected to the Blacktown Workers which was a big plus. Great staff and facilities, washing and drying facilities, Mecca’s next door and 7/11 just up the road. Smaoll centre about 700m up the road busses at the front door on the hour to Blacktown.

Some of the facilities were not available like breakfast, smokers had to stand in the rain to have a cigarette. The in room safe wasn’t working they said they could change rooms but it wasn’t fixed before I left.

We liked the privacy and quietness. The staff were very helpful. My special requests were met. Thank you.

The shower hot and cold water taps i found difficult to use. It was confusing.. Is it possible to have H written on the hot tap so i know that is the hot tap and C written on the cold tap... It is a safety issue please ..

Come to Horsley Park often but never stayed here! Will be in the future. Beds were great, shower was excellent - appreciated the nice body wash, shampoo etc all included. Food downstairs looked good as I walked past it!

Check in process a bit clunky but not terrible. Parking could be more defined/signed.
