The location was excellent! The ensuite bathroom was nice but small. It was hard to climb into as the bed was only 12 inches away and we had to turn sideways to pass by the tv on the wall The air conditioning was effective and quite. The bed was lovely as were the pillows but the linen was scratchy and noisy.

I was surprised that the room, for a queen, was so pathetically small. Luckily we only had one overnight bag each. No chair to sit on, no bedside table each, the fridge woke me up regularly clicking on and off. It was really dangerous for elderly folk to access the bathroom as it was very awkward with the high step up and down into it and no room to turn. Actually, if we had of been large people there is no way we could have fitted onto that room. Also there were no tissues supplied. It was very disappointing as the hotel 🏩 itself has had the most amazing renovation. As ex residents of the district, returning for a visit we were excited to see what had been done to The Albion. Luckily we only stayed one night.

The Hotel has recently been refurbished, so everything was shiny & new.

We stayed in both Disability Rooms. My room was fine, but the room allocated to my Father was a bit "under designed". He could not enter the room without juggling around the door (it would be almost impossible for wheelchair entry). The bathrooms had all the disability equipment, but nowhere to put one's toilet bag. No breakfast was served on site ... we walked down the road to the "Outback Cafe".

clean comfortable and a central location

room a a little small and cramped but as I said still comfortable, the only real issue I had was the hotel bistro. it seemed to be very disorganised the medium steak I ordered was very well done, the starters and mains came out at the same time and I felt as if I was being rushed.

Everything was top notch, rooms were newly renovated, fresh, clean and well appointed. Staff incredibly accommodating and friendly, making it all the better. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept very well.

Great staff. Location was convienient. Very clean overall and the bed was comfortable. The renovation has been done quite tastefully and the furnishings are well thought out for the space. The photos are accurate and I will stay again when next in town.

Location was excellent . I didnt have breakfast in the hotel so cant say.

My room had a smoke alarm ( which is great ) and the light located over the bed was a bit annoying. If I had had an eye mask, no problem

Room was modern and clean the venue location was in the middle of town.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the clock tower bell across the road rings every hour during the night.
