Our room was clean and comfortable and the king bed was very nice. Bathroom was clean. The outlook from our room to the golf course was very pleasant.

Although it appeared to be easy to connect to the internet and Netflix, this wasn't the case. We had to use our own internet and tablet to be able to watch Netflix. It was quite disappointing as this was one of the selling points for the accommodation. The bathroom was clean, but after showering, the floor was very slippery due to condensation. There were very few spare powerpoints for charging of devices

From the very friendly helpful greeting in reception this property met all our expectations. The room was spacious and well appointed. The lounge was a great bonus to be able to relax and watch television. Everything was clean and comfortable. The addition of the Country club next door meant we could walk to dinner which was a bonus. On site parking as well. And for an added bonus we could watch the kangaroos from our balcony that overlooked the golf course in the morning.

Quiet location with a short walk to a local club that had good food plus offered a discount at the bar for staying at The Heritage. A great addition to the room was the breakfast boxes which consisted of cereal, milk, juice and muesli bar.

The entrance door and the bathroom door need adjusting as they would jam close. Stayed in a King Spa Room. Didn't like having a shower over the spa. Was awkward for getting in and out.

Super friendly reception. Very welcoming. Great room with large 3 seater lounge as well as the bed which is always nice to have the option of somewhere to sit rather then just a bed or single chair. Room was clean and bigger than I had expected. Shower was a great size. It was great that there was WiFi easily accessible and also the option of Netflix to watch. I was on the lower floor and the large glass door looking out onto the golf course was nice with a lovely little table and chair to have a morning coffee at.

More shower pressure would have been nice but great size shower. A power socket next to the bed up higher would have been good, the only power sockets were low and behind the bed with a lamp and electric blanket plugged into each so had to unplug to put phone charger in so I could check the time when I wanted, or even just the addition of a clock to the room and then just plug the charger in at the bench.

We stayed in one of the villas on the ground floor. Plenty of parking available when we stayed; all off street and close to the villas. The apartment was beautiful and absolutely spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and store food when we arrived. Loved the bathroom, with bath and shower and also liked having the toilet separate from the main bathroom. Lounge and dining area were cozy and comfortable. The views of the greens from the apartment, were amazing! There was also a lovely walking path to follow on a clear day.

We were surprised by the inclusion of the breakfast boxes that contained cereal, milk, juice and a muesli bar! Such a great idea - thank you! And very quiet. We stayed in a 2 bed villa with MIL. The space and layout worked out very well for us! Oh and clean, this place was so clean!

Everything was awesome! The bed was a tad hard for me but that is just a personal preference!

Booked the villa downstairs. Very spacious, quiet, clean (except for an incident with a Coke can in the fridge before we arrived), lots of doors into the unit (including straight into the bedrooms) which made it easy to get our luggage in, and good views to the golf course.

No extra blankets in the unit on the first night (they provided some for the second night). Can hear the people in the unit upstairs walking around (most noticeable in the morning). Before we arrived, someone had (accidentally, we assume) turned the temperature in the fridge to freezing, which had made one of their pre-supplied cans of Coke expand and leak inside the fridge (and onto the floor when we opened the fridge), so we had to clean up that first.

Wonderful big space for a family of four, great to have a full kitchen and nice tranquil view over the golf course. Lady at reception very friendly and helpful.

Very poor sound insulation. We had a downstairs 2 bedroom villa and could hear every word and.movement from the unit above us. Not an issue for one night but would definitely ask for an upstairs one if we were to stay again.

The property was probably one of the most up-market motels in the west. The room was very spacious with access to the front courtyard and the rear overlooking the golf course. The Country Club next door serves meals but not on a Sunday night when we were there.

Not the owners fault but it was so cold outside we could not get the hot water to run.

This was our third stay at Cootamundra Heritage Motel and Apartments and as usual it was a lovely visit. The rooms are always clean and stocked with everything you need ie mugs, bowls, kettle etc. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, they’re so comfortable. The staff are happy and friendly.

The wifi wasn’t very reliable but we were on holidays so we didn’t want to watch much anyway. It was much nicer watching the kangaroos and beautiful birds on the fairway of the golf course instead.
