Very nice and cozy room, facilities were great and staff were super friendly I felt I was at home. Everything was clean and notes left explained what to do with towels etc.

The bed was difficult to sleep on, very hard compared to what I am used to. The second night was as rough as well.

Great breakfast. Chef Owen was exceptionall by attending to our requests. Pool, sauna and gym good.

The room was hot and we were moved to another. Bathroom is small. Door opens against toilet. Cannot have 2 people in bathroom at same time. Shower recess needs to be deeper so water doesn't flow out everywhere. Room was spacious, some of this space could be used for a bigger bathroom! Didn't sleep well because pillows were horrible, To soft had to fold pillow in half to be comfortable. Wi-Fi is only good to basic browsing and e-mail. Forget trying to stream anything. Mobile phone service is non existent in room.

It’s in a good location alongside the Todd river. The room was large and well-equipped. It’s more like a two storey motel than a hotel with rooms in a separate building from reception. The pool was great.

When in our room we felt like we could have been in any good quality motel in Australia. Our room overlooked an internal garden. Next time we will request a room overlooking the bush which is exquisitely beautiful and would confirm that one is indeed in The Alice.

- staff at thali at night were absolutely lovely - use of the pool in the evening was great - bed was comfy

- couldn’t work out how to change the shower heads - despite ringing to add my husband’s name to the booking he wasn’t able to check in for us - staff in the morning at breakfast were not so helpful- the kitchen staff were lovely but the waiter had to be asked multiple times to bring us a high chair and then brought us one with a different table to the brand of chair

Apartment was very nice, balcony you has to stand sideways, very small. The pool was wonderful and needed with the weather. Breakfast was good lots of options as long as you didn't want a 2nd cup of coffee, that was extra. Casual dinning was great and good value.

Reception was difficult at best, I did arrive a day early asking if the room was available for an extra night, 25 minutes later they answered no, but the room next door was, in truth next door was in fact the next block. Plus other issues, I wish they has said no and we could have stayed next hotel for the one night, we had to pack/unpack anyway. The restaurant food was less that average.

The quality of the room was excellent and better than we thought it was going to be. The room was very clean and they used refillable dispensers for the soap, shampoo, etc. There was even a small balcony overlooking a courtyard. The room was very close to a couple of restaurants that made eating out and getting back to the room easy.

It was a little ways away from the town centre but only just off the main road. There was no lift to the second floor (at least not sign-posted) so getting heavy bags up the flights of stairs was annoying.

Didn’t have huge expectations, but were pleasantly surprised! Although in need of modernisation in places, this hotel has all that you need in a good location. View of the ranges and sunrise from our room was beautiful! Room itself was large and comfortable and had all the basics. Breakfast at Tali was good, with plenty of choice and complimentary barista coffees too! We enjoyed all the facilities, lovely pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness centre - more than many ‘better’ hotels we have stayed in. Also enjoyed the choice of bars and restaurants in the casino too - food and drinks were good value. All in all, better than we expected and would definitely stay again. Many Thanks!

Some cushions for the sun loungers on the pool deck would be very welcome and some basic maintenancexariund the pool area itself.

The room was spacious and clean - had everything one would require - close to the two large pools which looked lovely and clean and blu e- with a bar and snack food available - rooms service was timely - limited amount I felt available on the menu - food was lovely the chips and the halloumi wrap was perfect. The hot chocolate was delicious - the staff were lovely and helpful

When I booked a taxi at the front desk I waited 30 minutes and the taxi did not arrive luckily I made the mistake of going on NSW time and was not late - had to ask front desk to call another taxi and it arrived withing 5 minutes so not sure what happened.

Room was clean, size was good for 3 adults. The pool temperature was perfect. The food in Tali restaurant was very good. Very comy beds

The room wasnt serviced for 3 adults to stay . Not enough towels, washers etc. We find this often in hotels and it gets annoying. They know how many peope are going to stay in the room, why isnt it services accordingly? There weren't enough cups, (there was only1) or glasses. Probably only minor problem, but it gets annoying to have to contact recption for what should be room basics. An empty tissue box on vanity unit. It was obvious the room had been cleaned and serviced but items not replaced.

The room was very comfortable, the pool huge and fantastic. The restaurant breakfast was great - staff and food.

Our block needed a room key to enter from the rest of the hotel for security but is was completely open at the side where we parked our car-no door. The drunk foul mouthed swearing people from the Casino we had to share the toilet facilities with when at the restaurant
