Comfortable, clean, ensuite, TV, kitchenette, pool, parking.

Not being allocated a balcony suite. Being telephoned by Quest asking questions about my postcode, who travelling with etc. I was out to dinner at the time of the call and as I explained to the caller, I have made many bookings through Booking.com and this is the first time I have ever been called prior to arriving. Really! Not necessary in my opinion. All info is contained in the initial booking.

The staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond from the moment that we arrived. We had an incident where the dishwasher flooded the room and they attended right away and organised us a new room and even helped us carry our luggage to the new room. I feel that the staff really take the experience from average to exceptional.

The clerk than checked us in in the evening was extremely helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome here. The beds were comfortable and the flat was clean.

A bit tight with the parking spaces, on one evening we had to use the adjacent overflow parking which needs to be unlocked by the staff. Wifi is a bit dodgy, had many single networks of which many did not work. The staff could help us out here though with a list.

Great location, secure, had everything required for a short stay. Excellent air conditioner, fridge, kettle, toaster, etc. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful.

a little more attention to detail required with maintenance and cleaning. The bathroom floor was not mopped properly, with a lot of dirt behind the door that discoloured the bathmat when drying off the floor after a shower, and the corners of the shower had a lot of pink mould. A caster was had come loose from the bed frame and needed to be reattached, and a corner elastic on the underlay was broken meaning it moved and bunched up under the sheets.

Gated. Good basic supplies. Helpful staff.

A doona instead of a cotton blanket would have been nice. I'm not fond of a/c to stay warm overnight and like some weight. The blanket in the cupboard helped but not enough. Car park was full when we got back at 9pm. Weren't told that the one next door was gated (with padlock), just that it had cameras and was secure. We took up the alternative offer to park in front of reception.

A very pleasant and comfortable self-contained 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet area of town. Very secure complex with lock up parking. Very pleasant helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Oven in kitchenette quite old with numbers/settings scrubbed off from cleaning. So, couldn't really use the oven.

Staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Having a conveniently located apartment for our stay in Alice Springs was very useful. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants. We especially appreciated the use (free) of very good laundry facilities which made catching up on the washing so easy.

The carpet in the hall was stained and some of the cookware in our kitchen wasn’t properly clean. The kitchen had minimal cookware and crockery and cutlery.

Good security. Kitchenette was great. Small but welcome pool. Good BBQ area.

The bed and the pillows. That trip we had slept in 3 other beds at different motels and all of them were very comfortable with lovely soft pillows. Quest needs to upgrade their mattresses and pillows. The customer now expects a welcoming bed and pillows. The bathroom was adequate but a bit on the compact side. Had to close the door to get into the shower.

Hot water not working after around 9pm---happened on our second stay there a week and a half later. I reported it was not working the first time, but appears it was not fixed. Was too tired to report it again the second time.

it was clean and they serviced throughout the week. They had a laundry at the property and you could hang your washing outside. Good position and convenient to everything. Staff were great.

We had one morning where there was no hot water but a plumber was called out and it was fixed by the afternoon. Parking was a bit of a problem as if there was none available in the property itself you had to park next door.
