The location is great and there is secure parking onsite. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The location is about 20 metres from the best coffee in Alice Springs.

There needs to be power points near the bed and the bed head had smear marks (which I tried not to think about). There was also no microwave in the room. As a solo traveller, I wasn't keen to walk out at night to get dinner and would have preferred to have the option to get something during the day and heat it up. There was also no cutlery etc., however disposable plates and a knife and fork were provided on request.

This was my second stay and my room was MUCH BETTER than the first one. It had carpeting (warmer on old feet), no grit on the floors, and a real door (not a slider) that allowed for hanging a "do not disturb" sign. We enjoyed supper at Bella's again, which has a wide range of tasty pizza, and is easily (and dryly) accessed during a rain storm.

Covered parking is very nice, but there are too many cars for the car park. Several of the larger vehicles parked alongside the access road, creating a single, very skinny, lane for ingress and egress -- and a traffic jam at check out time.

The pool was a little dirty with lots of flies in it. It wasn’t very appealing to get into

A comfy double en-suite room on the 3rd floor. Large double bed with sheets, pillows and duvet, plus large bathtowels and small hand towels included. Kettle, plus tea-coffee and biscuits included in room. Fridge in room. Safe in room. Tactile number on room doors. Small balcony to look over large courtyard. Free fast speed WiFi in room. Desk with large TV, plus round table and comfy chairs near large window. Air condition in room. Plug sockets near bed. Good shower with good power and hot water. Bath mat provided. Hand soap in bathroom.

Room in separate building from reception, had to cross large complicated courtyard-car park to find reception. Lift/elevator has no tactile buttons, lift/elevator also diesn't announce the floors, so difficult to know what floor it arrives at at times. Especially for blind-visually impaired guests. WiFi is a little complicated to ling into. Have to fill inform and log in each time to use internet. No breakfast or restaurant available. Room was very expensive.

Location was in town, closer to restaurants, cafes and stores, clear instructions given by receptionist during check-in, stayed for 1 night for 3 adults was good value for many. The exit gate to Todd Mall and restaurant was very convenient.

Car parking space was smaller and dark not enough lightings, no wheel chair access on the exit stairs to Todd and the restaurant. A walk-in shower would be good in the room for 3 adults we stayed in instead of the tray.

Location was great close to all attractions and the entertainment in the area was excellent. Also the security on site was great we all felt safe during out time there.

I was a little disappointed in the with the criters we found in our frigde and cralling around the complex. Also the 6am alarm going off on Saturday moring was a bit dissapointing as we weren't notified of the issue?

Secure off street undercover carparking was greatly appreciated. The Standard Double room was also comfortable and clean. The Hotel is within easy walking distance of shopping, eating and tourist information. Dining options are catered for by a security exit door from the rear of the carpark to an Italian/Pizza restaurant facing onto Todd St Mall with another security door opening onto the Mall when the restaurant is closed for example if exploring the nearby Cafes for breakfast or shopping earlier in the day. Very convenient

Our room was adjacent to the undercover carpark and because of the Finke Desert Race weekend a number of people associated with this event were staying here meaning some work happening on motorbikes and early morning departures from the carpark were a bit annoying. Would book earlier next time and request a room away from the carpark area.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is within easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants and other attractions. We loved the BBQ facilities and laundry.

The original room we were allocated allowed water all over the bathroom floor during showering despite the shower curtain but we understand this may have been an accessible bathroom for people with mobility needs.

The hotel had good rooms, that were serviced daily. The hotel was located centrally in Alice Springs with access to Todd Mall and local restaurants. Under-cover and safe parking was available and very beneficial.

Dated but serviceable bathrooms.

The service staff came round at 8am to clean and service the room before we were properly upand when asked to delay the room clean to 10am stated they could not alter their schedule A Toaster or microwave in the room would help to heat up any food brought back to the room.
