The room was great, large, clean, with a fabulous view, the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't use the balony spa as planned, but it was clean and looked inviting. The gardens and pool area was clean and tidy.

As clean as the room was, the lift to the apartment was grubby and the external doors were quite dirty too, this was quite disappointing and so I was pleasantly surprised the room was so lovely. In the rear car park, there was a garage filled with discarded mattresses which wasn't a good look for a first time guest, however I do understand they have to go somewhere, a door could quite easily fix the eyesore that it was. The reception area was nothing flash, it was dated and dark and didn't reflect a 'spa' atmosphere at all. the young lady on reception was bright, engaging and friendly.

Everything was brilliant, it was very close to the township, restaurants, bars, shops, my daughter & I walked everywhere, no need to use the car at all. There was a lovely walk along the water for about an hour. The room itself was clean & very comfortable & we had a great view of the port. The swimming pool was also lovely. The receptionist was also lovely , friendly & very helpful. We enjoyed our stay & highly recommend it. Thankyou Nerissa

OK The room, view and location for me personal it was 10 points plus the pool big enough to enjoy be in there,, any day and every it was be in paradise, so relaxing and be in peace, balance and harmony, with everything around myself and the world.-

This time the Flat TV Set it was, without internet, a little be far away from the present time, for me it was ok, more personal time for doing meditation and more relax.

The room was spacious, modern and clean and beds very comfortable. I liked the louvres to keep the sun out. The room had extra surprise elements - secret dvd drawer, special towel rack built into balcony, 2 giant tvs and special paintings that had 3d elements on them. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Brenda. The pool and spa were amazing.

Right from the moment I saw the view as I entered the door I was relaxed and happy in this unit. Pool area is nice, smart tv, good AC and balcony with views were awesome. Staff were also excellent about my complicated check in and out times and needs

It's a hot walk in to town in the afternoon sun, but really not that far, and it means it's a bit more quiet and peaceful

The location was very good, less than 10minutes walk to the main street as well as the Marina for tours. It also had water views over the marina. The room was very large with a full kitchen and fridge. It wasn't a new building, however, was very clean and comfortable. The spa on the verandah was lovely to relax in after a day of touring.

All was good.

The Pool was awesome, the view very good even from the first floor where we stayed.

bigger signage needed off the main road as the GPS took us round the back and reception was very very difficult to find from the back carpark (maybe make better signage for that) Reception could have some ideas on food, or flyers that let you know how to get to Woolworths etc so that you can get supplies. Maybe offer home deliveries ready for when you arrive at a small charge. Suggestions on who delivers in Airlie etc.

Brenda the receptionist was welcoming friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stay but would have to say that the rooms were in need of refurbishment. The location was quite good being a short walk (10 -15mins) from the bars restaurants etc. Great having a couple of drinks on the balcony overlooking the bay and the swimming pool which had pretty underwater lighting.

Nothing to dislike really, apart from the rooms needing updating.

The location was perfect, about a 10 minute walk to the main strip of shops / restaurants which was nice as it was close but far enough that we didn’t have a lot of noise. View from the room was amazing at sunset. The rooms were spacious and very clean and staff were very friendly

View and apartment overall, Spa on balcony is main attraction 😊

Wasn’t happy spa was not cleaned and previous occupancy dirty face wash left in spa. The overuse of disinfectant made not only floors slippery the smell was overwhelming too strong and took hours to air out.
