Clean, safe and quiet. Close to the town. Woolworth is only several hundreds away. There are some restaurants and bars too. During the stay, we were very unlucky to have typhoon. Have to stay in hotel for whole 2days and store some food. The location brings lots of convenience.

As room service is not a daily biases service, there are some back up towels, blanket and toilet papers in the room which is very considerate. But there’s no napkins( to wipe mouth and hands). We went to reception and being told they don’t supply napkins. I personally think it’s bizarre. Why not put a small box on table? If it’s empty by the guests, they need to pay for more. Is this Sounds more reasonable? After all, napkins is a very basic requirement. And there are some guests brings alcohol to the swimming pools. I think it’s on the prohibited list, isn’t it?

This was a great place to stay in Airlie Beach. It's set up on a hill with lovely views over the seafront. An easy walk down to the main strip, but a harder walk back! The apartment had everything we needed, including a spa bath and washing machine, and the resort had a swimming pool and gym. Reception staff were friendly and helpful

Only the weather.... we had three days with no sun, apart from the sunset on our arrival! cloudy every day! But we'd stay at Pinnacles again, no probs...

The steep hill! There was an uphill climb to get to the reception and further uphill climb from the reception to the apartment… definitely made us double think the number of times we left the apartment ! Staff - didn’t really see anyone apart from check in and check out. They were not rude but could be warmer when receiving guests.

Beautiful apartment with amazing view. Infinity pool is superb. Love all the thoughtful touches such as complimentary cheese, dip and crackers, beverages, and lavender spray for your pillow! Hosts are helpful and friendly. Rooms are lovely

It’s a very steep hill and driveway but that is why the view is so fantastic. You can be transported up the driveway by golf buggy though

The staff were amazing. I really.felt welcome. The room was amazing. The view was incredible. Everything you needed was in the room.. The internet was really good. I will.be back.

TV remote was a pain. All of the main TV functions worked from the lounge chair, but you had to be close to the TV to change channels and see the TV guide.

Lovely rooms. Lovely pool. Easy walk down to the shops for able-bodied people (during dry season).

Only problem is the walk up the hill to the rooms. I walked back from the shops once, but the rest of the time we took a taxi (as we had our young son).

Excellent facilities, super clean, welcome platter in fridge, good location in terms of the Main Street.

I didn’t realise it was up a fairly steep hill. You could pay a small fee for a taxi so it wasn’t a huge issue just wasn’t ideal.

The apartment was very good and comfortable with almost everything you need for a great stay. our view from the balcony was breathtaking and made breakfast there a joy. definitely would recommend Pinnacles

The hill is a pain and if your not in a car and not very active give it a miss. The property on the whole needs a bit of a uplift here and there

The receiptionest are very friendly and helpful. The view of all rooma are spectacular. The room is spacious，especially the bacolny. Wifi is good.

Some of the beddings are old. if the laundry machine could get upgraded，it will be more friendly to family.

The views were absolutely amazing, great view. Beds really comfortable with a lovely greeting of snacks and bubbles/beer in the fridge. Showers had great pressure and the pool was perfect. Was great exercise getting up the hill each day too.

Toilets at the pool would be great and maybe a cafe or bar at the pool or located on site would give the resort a real hub.
