This property is in a great location, a short walk up the hill from the main shopping strip and opposite the supermarket so you can access everything without a car. The lagoon and beaches are also an easy walk. The view over Airlie Beach is fantastic and the infinity pools are lovely for a quick dip. The room was spacious and comfortable with a large balcony. While you do hear a lot of noise and music from the bars if you have the doors open, once they are closed the noise is minimal - I liked to have them open to hear the bands playing. The kitchen was spacious and I appreciated the separate laundry. The bed was really comfortable.

The bedrooms could do with ceiling fans so you don't need to use the air-conditioning, as it could get quick warm at night. Comfortable lounge chairs on the balcony would be good as I spent a lot of time out there reading etc. The kitchen could also do with some extra items, such as larger bowls, sharper knives but overall it was well stocked.

The room was very spacious. Perfect for my little family. I love how the room had everything we needed. Kitchen, private bathroom, large bed, veranda with view and bonus jacuzzi. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with helping me by offering and taking my bags to my room while I was pushing a pram.

Since having a massive car and we can't really fit in the undercover parking, the parking situation was hard for us. And having a baby, I do like to have my car close. I was lucky to nab a spot out the front outside near reception for the first night. Unfortunately, the second night we weren't so lucky as it's a busy place and all four parks outside were taken. To keep our car safe and off the street, my husband had to guide me as a drove our large car in the undercover parking. We just were able to fit with only an inch to spare from the roof.

Rooms were large and spacious, 2 bathrooms are always a bonus when travelling with teenagers. Beds were very comfortable. The 3 pools were amazing, not crowded and heated, a bonus! The views from our rooms were fantastic, loved sitting on the balcony of a night and enjoying the lights and watching the activity on the water during the day. Close proximity to shops, cafes and the lagoon pool.

Rooms are a little tired, but are undergoing a renovation later in the year. Driveway was steep to walk up but if you want views, you have to be on a hill! Hire car came in handy!

We had an upper level room with a fab view out over the pools, town and the water. We watched the boats/cruise ships and mere beauty of the area. The condo could use a refurb of furniture, the twin beds beds were great for youth but not long enough for tall adults. The rooms were spacious with 2 bathrooms and walk in closets. Under building parking was appreciated. A short walk across the street to the grocery store and stroll into town with a good assortment of restaurants and shops. The Pub is a tasty dinner option.

A drying rack would be appreciated for bathing suits/towels.

the location was amazing, close to everything. size of the apartments were good.

the pool was quite dirty and needed to be properly cleaned. the apartments were great size but looked like they needed a deep clean, lots of dirt in corners, spider webs, outdoor area was filthy. not enough utensils/crockery for 5 people - we had 2 cereal bowls and when asked for more were told they would see if they could get some more because they were full! after paying premium price for a week you would expect enough crockery for 5 people. sofa looked like it belonged in a tip, desperately needs renewing. not enough sofa room or comfortable seating for the number of people in the apartment.

Great location, walking distance to town, restaurants, bars, Woolworths. Great views from our room and good size apartment

The whole resort is dated. Our room was very tired and dated. The furniture is very old and very,very tired. The couch was sagging in the middle and smelt. Needed a good steam clean. The balcony tiles were dirty and every time we walked out on the balcony, the bottom of our feet were covered in sand. Needs a good vacuum. You are paying 5 star prices for 2 star quality. Very over priced and will not stay again. Can get much better quality Accomodation for cheaper. We visit Airlie often and have stayed at many of the places in Airlie. The owners need to spend money on the units and raise the standard. At the moment the owners are ripping us off for what we are getting. I see from the other reviews, any of the reviews reflect what I am saying. Management and owners, listen to these reviews

Great location with the foreshore, parkland, shopping centre, cafes and shops within walking distance. Staff, especially Michelle, were friendly, accommodating and responsive to queries. The communication from the resort leading up to our stay was appreciated. The view from the apartment was spectacular and the rooms clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the veranda was a decent size. We appreciated the location being away from traffic noise and noise from restaurants and bars.

Not much we didn't like. However the resort, including the apartment we stayed in would benefit from a cosmetic makeover. For instance screening off the garden rubbish from the only path guests use to walk to and from the property; tidying up the entrance area to and from the pool by removing the tables and chairs not being used, adding a lounge and potted palms to a baron looking area.

The staff were extremely helpful and put me in touch with a fabulous transport company to get me there and back safely and in good time. The pools were awesome and the location perfect, just a few q00m from the high-street up one short hill. Super leased for this. Great value for money too.

The decor is a little dated but everything was there that you could need and it was all clean and in good working order.

The location of waters edge was excellent a minute walk into town nearby restaurants, & stores. The grounds & pool area were excellent & well maintained. The room itself was perfect for a family, however the furniture needs replacing & is a little tired. The view was incredible.

Furniture requires updating, it’s quite old & not comfortable or adequate for a living area for a family. The beds weren’t very comfortable either, the linen provided was a little poor.

Incline from the road to hotel reception was very steep! Looked like there were some renovations going on in the Hotel as lots of cardboard boxes stacked up on a couple of floors adjacent to the lift!
