Rooms and view from the balcony are amazing, the staff are very accommodating and it's a short walk into the main part of Airlie beach. The pool area is tidy and a great way to cool off and tan. The hotel is very accessible with taxis just a button push away and they will handle travel to and from the airport for a very reasonable fee.

The bathroom is a slip hazard and water seems to pool and stay on the floor. Due to the shower/bath not being fully contained a lot of water will run off and escape the bath making the tiled steps and tiled floor quite slippery. The metal handle on the wall is awkward and slippery once wet. My partner slipped getting out of the bath and dislocated her finger on our most recent visit.

The view was superb from my balcony, the pool, spa and when cooking on the bbq at all times of the day. The Sebel had all the amenities I wanted. A self contained Studio Unit with separate bedroom, bathroom with corner spa/shower combo, lounge/dinner/kitchen/laundry area. All areas were spacious and I checked the fireplan map and I had the smallest unit on my level 5. I loved watching the view when cooking on the bbq at nightfall when I just wanted a quiet night. The pool and spa temps and chlorine levels were perfect, both with that incredible view. I would read a book in both and then gaze up on occassion. A 7 minute stroll to town, but a few restaurants nearby in neighbouring motel and Apartment block.

Black mold in bedroom ceiling, probably due to people's misuse of aircon while leaving balcony door open and dryer. Smart tv did not recognize file format of my tv shows on my USB thumb drives and would be good to have internet via TV.

Well equiped apartment with great views of the marina. 15 minute walk to town which was close enough to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Airlie beach but far enough to enjoy a quiet nights sleep. The bed was also very comfortable and the lounge area was spacious. The washing machine and dryer were also very useful.

The shower pressure was a bit weak and was not able to reach a hot temperature so showers were quite cold.

A peaceful comfy space with stunning water views & a gorgeous pool. Lost power at one point and maintenance was very prompt to fix which was appreciated. Close to town easy walk or plenty of transport options. Loved the Thai restaurant next door and the quietness of this end of Airlie. It was a very relaxing break.

Had to defrost the freezer of small fridge as door wouldn’t shut. Basics like a dish rack would be great and more than one waste bin liner for weekly stays. If you request any additional time on check out beyond 10 am it is an additional fee. So the extra 2 we requested to meet our transport was denied even though we paid for a weekly stay. Otherwise a lovely, well equipped unit with spacious balcony & outdoor setting.

The one bedroom apartment had great views and a balcony. The kitchenette came in handy. Great having a gym there too, we used it every morning. Overall it was excellent.

The only thing we would say negatively, was the emergency exit light by the lift, which we understand is necessary, was shining into the bedroom. There was a blind on the window to minimise the light coming in, but was still pretty light in the room. Having said that, it was only a small thing and didn’t spoil our holiday at all.

Room facilities were good. Very basic kitchen but great to have a washer and dryer. Large comfortable bed. Nice balcony with pleasant views. Outdoor pool large enough to swim in and beautifully heated

Room had several maintenance issues and only one was fixed. There are only shutters in the bedroom so the darkest it gets is twilight. Thin curtain in the lounge has the same effect. The shower over the slippery spa bath required a gymnast degree to use. Outdoor hot tub was unheated.

This is an awesome location, view is great, pool is great location is great, beds are very comfortable. Staff were lovely and very friendly. This is my 2nd stay here and wont be my last.

Being asked to pay extra to guarantee a higher floor. I paid it as felt that if i didn't then we would be relegated to a low floor regardless. This is new as previous management (Blue Horizons) didnt do this. Be better if they just offered a high floor/ low floor rate TV is room was very old and not able to receive HD channels. Fair enough we werent there to watch tv but you cant go out every night :-)

the views were incredible. loved the jacuzzi Bath. swimming pool & jacuzzi outside looked amazing but didn’t get a chance to use. comfortable bed.

mould in the bathroom. the window from jacuzzi bath was not see through like the pictures - that was disappointing. everything was a little ‘tired’. not very clean - thick dust in the bedroom. Washing machine powder & washing up liquid in individual plastic wrappers - would prefer to just use a large container to reduce use of plastic.

The pool and pool area is fantastic. Great location is about 10 min walk from the town which is far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk for dinner/lunch etc. I had low expectations due to previous reviews. I think they were a bit unfair as there is very easy access to the hotel from the car park without walking up the steep driveway. Don't let that put you off.

Nothing specifically. The rooms are a little tired and need a bit of a freshen up but I think it is about right in comparison to the price.

I was a little bit hesitant after reading the reviews but I can happily say that I was very happy and satisfied with the 3 bedroom apartment. All the staff members were welcoming and accommodating throughout the stay, the room was satisfactory and the location was nice and close (5 minute walk to everything). The pool and spa were used everyday and everything in the room functioned well, the beds and pillows were comfy and we loved the view we had. We all thought the accomodation was fairly priced, especially when considering the price of other 3 bedroom apartments in the area. Would happily stay here again.

The driveway is a little steep and a bit of a shock at first but there is stairs just below the drive way. Some of the furniture could do with an upgrade to freshen things up.
