Arrived initially for a 4night stay, however due to the flooding in the area, we were unable to get out of Airlie Beach and had to stay for an additional 3 nights. The lady on reception, sorry did not get her name, but she could not have been more helpful, especially as there were a number of guests in the same position we were in, she maintained cheerful all the time. Out apartment had a great view over the ocean, as well as the infinity pool. Large and airey accommodation, fully equipped, oven, hob, kettle toaster, dishwasher and laundry facilities in the room. Very clean and tidy. Did have an issue with the air con in the bedroom, but reported it and an engineer was called, but due to flooding could not get a eplacement by the time we left, but not too much of an issue. Parking on site. Good location, short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Only issue would be for guests who may have mobility issues, as located at top of a steep hill, and although there was a lift from the car park to the pool deck area, there were a lot of steps/stairs.

Very spacious & very well equipped. Nice having a full kitchen if you wanted to cook. Laundry in apartment available. The bedroom was completely separate very comfy bed & pillows. Fabulous balcony with 2 tables & 4 chairs. Awesome view of Airlie beach. Bit of a climb up we didn't bother with a car as walking distance to everywhere. Supermarket was very handy too & bottle store. We checked out the gym which was well equipped. We also had our own deck chairs by the pool.

The hill was very steep but kept us fit we soon got used to it! The pool could have been heated & the spa considering it was mid June. Not bad though for Kiwis escaping an NZ winter! The bathroom was a little tired...

The best view in Airlie Beach, it is breathtaking. Very clean hotel. Comfortable king size bed, 2 TV's (bedroom and living), fast internet. Room is equipped in everything you need including dryer, washer, dishwasher, microwave. We asked to change a room cos our balcony was facing swimming pool and it was done without any problems. Staff were lovely. I cannot fault it. Short walk to the main street, hotel is on a hill but the view was worth a short climb.

Nothing. Steep climb up to the hotel can be challenging for some but its worth it for the amazing view.

Sanja is so warm, friendly knowledgeable and efficient. She was kind enough to take the time to tell me about the birds of the local area, and her enthusiasm for the nature of the area is infectious. She also knows the area really well in terms of where to eat and what to do. The infinity pool is to die for - so tranquil and relaxing watching the world go by. It's has different depths which is good for both strong swimmers and those who are happier in the shallows. There is also a warm outdoor spa which is great for aching limbs after all the walking, swimming and snorkeling you can do in the area.

Any negatives were outweighed by the positives for me. The walk up Golden Orchid drive is indeed steep! But it takes you straight to the main shops and Woolworths etc. A good cardiovascular workout, just take a break and look back over the water to get your breath. It may not be suitable for those who are not great at walking up steep hills or carrying heavy bags, however a taxi up is no problem for the local cab drivers and not very expensive. Little harmless ants kept sneaking in to my bathroom (maybe they wanted a hot shower - lol) but it is the tropics so this kind of thing can't really be controlled without a tonne of harmful chemicals, so just embrace it and you're halfway to being an Aussie. There is insect spray in the kitchen if needed.

The view is tremendous. We have stayed here several times before so that speaks for itself. A fairly spacious apartment with very comfortable beds and pillows. It is central for everything Airlie Beach has to offer.

This time our apartment was very dark and the lounge lighting could have been improved with some cosy table lamps. The main lighting was very cold and clinical. It was a long climb to walk from the seafront back to the apartment so after our first walk, we used the car.

Fabulous location, amazingly spacious apartment with everything we could need. The sun terrace was simply beautiful with a view over the infinity pool and harbour. The arrangements for late check-in were extremely clear and the receptionist, Sanja was so accommodating and friendly, we couldn't have asked for more.

There was nothing we didn't like but it is worth mentioning here (as I couldn't find this in the description of the apartments) that the lift doesn't go to all apartments. We had some steep stairs to climb with heavy suitcases which may not suit everyone. The drive way to the apartments is also extremely steep, so walking to restaurants may require some exertion. If these points are not an issue, then you seriously cannot find a more beautiful place to stay in Airlie Beach.

The apartment was large, at the front of a large complex and high on a steep hill. The view ove the Coral sea is breathtaking. 180 degrees of blues, islands on the horizon, boats in the bay.

Be aware of the hill. It is extremely steep and to get food or coffee or to go on any of the great boat tours you have to get down. Inside the resort there are many stairs. The huge pool has big steps and no handrails , difficult for people with less balance or with infirmities.

Walking distance to Airlie Beach shops. View from the balcony was just amazing over Airlie. The pool was wonderful. Would stay here again.

The unit itself was good but tired looking. Had everything we needed. Leather couch is starting to look shabby. Comfortable bed. Air-conditioning in master was not working properly. Gym equipment is getting old, particularly step machine. Other guests were overly loud in the pool area after hours.

Wow! Soon as we walked into our room I just couldn't get words for the incredible view from our living room and the bonus was we had a great / perfect view of the beautiful infinity pool. I was really happy and enjoyed our room.

Only one thing, in the main entry / foyer area isn't any toilets / neither at the pool area. I think it would be great to have a toilets and shower around the pool area and a toilet in the foyer where the guests arrive and wait until they get their rooms.

Great room, overlooking the water from the balcony and the bedroom, Nice big kitchen and bathroom all tidy. We walked everywhere to the main area of town, all super close. Receptionist was lovely as well and gave us some dinner reservations.

There is a very steep long hill to get to this hotel that you need to go down to get to town, it didn't bother us too much but if you're not fit to walk at a high intensity keep in mind that you will need to get taxis each time.
