I spent a week here with my partner in a one bedroom apartment. We were very happy with our stay. The room was a good size and the location was perfectly hidden from the main street without feeling excluded. Pool area was amazing, clean and tidy. It would be nice if there was pool towels included in the rooms though, maybe we just didn’t find it. Kellie in the reception was very service minded and provided us with a lot of information at our check in, about places to eat and recommended places to visit. She also told us we could use the gym of another resort free of charge in Airlie beach since marina doesn’t have one. We can’t wait to go back there next week to get even more out of our stay.

The location is spectacular & the facilities both practical & in easy distance from all we needed to be part of.

I was concerned that my son-in-law law & daughter & their baby had a room with no view what do ever & the glass door in their room opened up to an area with the air con compressor so it was unusable. Also, we stayed for 10days & only had a change of towels & linen once but no cleaning was done. If the facility is to stay nice it needs more cleaning, especially the toilets & showers.

Our room was in an excellent position within the property, close to pool and with beautiful views from verandah.It was very roomy and modern with well appointed kitchen and all family members very happy. The property itself, was a short walk to the marina and a few cafes and restaurants and about 25min walk to town however, cab fares were only around $10.00.

While our room was lovely, we were a little disappointed to find there was no spa bath as advertised. Reception said we were first guests since renovation, so bath maybe been removed. That said, some of the old fittings/screw holes in bathroom etc. Implied any renovation was minor. Toward the end of our stay, other guests appeared around pool area and brought foul language and smoking etc., and did not comply with instructions of staff. This detracted from an otherwise nice stay.

We overlooked the sea and boardwalk which was perfect. Spotted lots of turtles everyday. Furniture was comfortable, modern and the bed was comfortable too. Having in room laundry was great as we didn't have to take washing home. Ground level was perfect as it was easy access to our car and also rubbish disposal. Gardens were well beautiful and well maintained.

Be prepared for little to no wifi. Smart TV has all the streaming services but unable to access due to wifi. There were no bedside lamps but downlights above the bedhead so no reading in bed. Lacking in serving bowls and crockery so I was running the dishwasher a few times per day. Cleaners just do a basic clean but overall the unit needs a good clean including rinse aid in the dishwasher, dusting, paying attention to the bathroom and cleaning walls.

The location was excellent as it adjoins the bicentennial walk linking the foreshore to the marina cafes' and bars and Airlie Beach town centre. Our water view room had a view over the marina which had plenty of activity to make it interesting.

The only thing that needed some attention was the outdoor furniture was in need of a refresh (sun damaged) and the lounge needed a more thorough clean. This was raised with management and they were on to it.

The penthouse was fabulous. the living and entertainment areas were spacious and vey comfortable for 3 couples. We were able to cook bbq's and use the kitchen facilities. The location was excellent. We will come back. Very good accommodation for 3 adult couples. Everyone had a bathroom.

Not much but maybe a few more tea/coffee cups as we ran short all the time and maybe a bucket for the mop just so we could clean any spills, Otherwise very good.

We had a garden view room, it was great and there was a wonderful communal area to sit and look at the ocean. Perfect for watching the sunset!

Out room was almost perfect! BUT we had an opening in our bedroom through to the kitchen and lounge area, this made it difficult to sleep if the tv was on, it also made the room very bright in the morning. (This may only be in our room)

The view out to the sea! I liked the grassy area in front of the apartment too, it gave the feeling of open space. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The pool was a great size and clean. I liked that it was shaded at certain times of day so it kept a refreshing temperature.

The air con units in all areas. They were effective in cooling but they only seemed to blow in one direction so it meant it blew directly onto the beds so couldn't really have it on at night or otherwise would need to turn the temperature up.

Spa as not working correctly in the room when reported the "reception Guy" was very good eventually got it sorted however it only worked that one night after a 3 night stay - feel there should of been some compensation - asked for a later check out and was "bluntly told" NOT POSSIBLE" we had left a message the night before to ask to stay to 12.00 and of course pay the extra $25.00 -- very nice overall but a little more customer care required from some of the staff

Bathroom a bit run down. Shower screen needs repair. Hard to get into shower. bath small also
