The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was handy having the restaurant there and amenities all so close. They gym was pretty well equipped and there was a water cooler for filling up water bottles at the reception. The room was really comfortable. I'd stay there again.

The service in the restaurant was very slow. Had to pay to wash clothes which was a bit annoying seeing as it was pretty expensive to stay there. I drove a 4WD and the car park was very tight with all of the other 4WD's and caravans parked in there. I had to do a 20 point turn to get out but I learnt my lesson and parked away from the main section the next day. There was super loud generator or something going out the front the entire stay.

The beds were fantastic. The room was great but could do with some extra hooks in bathroom to hang up wet stuff when out of pool. Jude from the restaurant was awesome she made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble she is a great asset to club mantra. Appreciate that security acted quickly very early in morning when we rang about a problem with a room on our floor.

The light was out in our stairway . The pool is very rough in spots on the bottom it cut the bottom of our feet all 8 of us . The pool area needs more shade the round table areas was good but not shaded . The verandah was very worn .

the staff were great I could not ask for better service. The pool was great and clean and warm. facilities always clean and well presented.

I didn't like the flooding bathroom or the change in room. from 236 to 331. but even 331 had flooding issues. I understand why the flooding happened and I sympathise. I have also had bad builders cause more damage than they built. The breakfast buffet was good, although I was concerned about the use of heavy cast iron pans. they were not easy to lift nor was there any other space to set them down while getting food from the container. Does this represent and OH&S issue? I've stayed in hotels and they had a bain marie and I think that would be a far safer and better set up than you have now.

We liked the upgraded Rooms Bar Restaurant and Pool , central location

We didn't like the way Netish the Food and Beverage Manager addressed us and fellow patrons , Not polite, very rude , He needs to go to a Customer Service school . Attitude very Appauling ,We stayed for nine nights and we felt like we were being watched all the time like we did something wrong very discomforting , We travel alot and I give great reviews but due to his Customer Service we can't recommend the Restaurant area to others .

The location is good. Close to the bay where we were picked up. The staff are friendly. Breakfast was good and consistent. The lady who runs the breakfast is amazing, friendly and warm. Definitely coming back!

The building has elevator but it doesn’t connect to all of the rooms. We were at 341 and had to walk the through the stairs with our big luggages. The pillows were uncomfortable and the room smells. The room doesn’t have exhaust that’s why you can smell of chlorine after going to the pool but all in all good.

The property was spotless & the staff were really nice. There was a decent selection for breakfast in a morning too. The pool was a good size with plenty of beds around and we really enjoyed our stay here.

It is slightly out of centre but it is still walkable, or if not, you can drive which is only a couple of minutes. Ideally they’d do the daily make-up of rooms like most other hotels, but this wasn’t really an issue for us.

Very clean room overlooking the fabulous pool/sunbathing area. Large well equipped Gym.

Room was on the smaller side but was manageable. Location was quite a way out from the centre but enough shops nearby to get supplies. Reception staff were a bit cold, however the bar staff made up for this ten-fold. Felt it was on the more expensive side for the room size but it is a lovely hotel so can't complain too much.

From the moment we checked in we had nothing but a good experience. We loved the cleanliness - by far one of the cleanest rooms I've stayed at. The staff were lovely and were there to meet all of our needs. We had a buffet breakfast one morning and advised them it was my birthday and the lovely lady with the short hair behind the coffee machine told us not to pay and to have a great breakfast at the hotel! They also wrote me a note and gave me some choccys for my birthday, to snack on for our stay!

Nice environment with nice swimming pools and palm trees surrounded. Very close to Airlie beach, very quiet and relax. Staff weee very friendly , Summer from front office was the best. She helped us out to give a different room as we originally checked in as our room was defected . Restaurant staff are very friendly too.

The place is still under renovation. Some rooms are defected. First room we were given , We couldn’t go into the shower as the doors were installed the wrong side . Room had strong paint smells. Dinner menu should have more varieties.

Honestly we came to Airlie for a complete vacation. So close into town. Pool/bar was perfect, can drink by pool. Buffet in morning was nice ! Lunch and dinner was also good ! Room service and the reception were exceptional… pool was clean and area was spacious. Would definitely come back again. However, rooms are not updated and tv do not have Netflix YouTube etc.
