The accommodation was comfortable with excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, 4 dorm room was spacious, including a fridge and good size lockers provided. Bathroom in the dorm was excellent, cleaned on a daily basis. The kitchen provided was more than adequate for cooking, food storage and preparation. Nice external seating area to eat. The staff were all very helpful. Fantastic location, close to everything in Airlie Beach. What a beautiful place overall to stop during my brief visit to the East Coast. Highly recommend this hostel.

Maybe the kitchen could have been open later, but that is such a small issue.

Private single room all for me, really comfortable pillows, so close to town took my bike and was able to cycle around the grounds and plenty of bike tracks and boardwalks around Airlie beach

The room could have more power outlets, a microwave in the room and a toaster in room would be great. Also not even one plate or bowl provided in room . Not much protection from outside lights overnights as curtains perished old torn and don’t close-more love and upkeep needed but still had a very relaxing stay !!

Everything! Staff are awesome! Bar and food is awesome! Room was spotless, possibly just been redecorated it's so clean! The bed was unbelievable! Best bed we have stayed in for our whole trip and this is including the apartments and hotels we stayed in. Aircon was perfect. Two pools to choose from both clean, not even a leaf floating on the surface! Close to all shops, lagoon and port for whitsundays. Honestly faultless

Private room was perfect, even with Netflix to enjoy after a full day outside. Personal is super nice and helpful. The place is nice in general and very good located.

Kitchen is AWFUL. Very big, full of ménage and so on but you have to skip peak hours to cook in peace and see everything clean. Also all full of people in their early 20s that have never known what “clean your our own mess” means.

The place is beautifull, full of nature, really quiet in the day, good to relax, and at night there's a lot of activities and things to do, but you don't get the noise into your room so if you want to have a good night of sleep is great too

The kitchen is a mess sometimes but is guests fault. Also the rooms are not fully clean very often.

I can’t fault the staff here at all, everyone was stranded in Airlie for a few days due to the rain and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. The rooms are basic but have en suites which is nice. Kitchen is fine has all the essentials. Great location just at top of main strip in Airlie. Bar next door with discounted drinks and has events every night but it’s not loud at night

Not their fault but the rooms were damp and smelt horrible the whole time there so maybe housekeeping could try and do something to combat that

Great location, lovely room that’s seen better days but still comfortable and nice. Staff were very helpful. Laundry facilities good. Good aircon. Easy and very pleasant walk to the Coral sea marina for our boat tours. Right in the middle of town was great.

Shared kitchen was a little lacking in utensils and crockery. Our room had an area for a kitchenette but only 2 cups, and a kettle, no water glasses.

Location was brilliant and loved that the hostel was set up in a village like style around the complex which enabled spread out room stays

The curtains didn’t cover the windows fully and it was very light whilst trying to sleep - the bath shower had no curtain and the water went everywhere and the blanket sizes are not adequate for a bed

good location with a large kitchen and two pools. good size room and mine also had a fridge. large bathroom in room

although I know the room was hoovered they really needed more of an in-depth clean. especially the bathroom. the property was maintained but you could see especially in the bathroom that it really need a good clean and a new layer of paint. however none of this would stop be from staying again 😀
