Location was awesome and it had all the facilities required, including the gym which was really enjoyed. Having a washing machine and dryer in our room was also fantastic. Lovely setting with the pool throughout. Having a TV to watch from bed was definitely a plus, and table and chairs available both inside and out on the deck. Most of all, the value for money that this was affordable and ticked all the boxes we required. Will definitely recommend!

The bed was uncomfortable with being 2 single beds pushed together, a rut in the middle causing a sore hip and back. And the hot water in the shower ran out quickly. Also, the spa was not very warm. The wifi not being easy to connect to and kept having to reconnect was not ideal.

location was excellent, directly opposite the beach and a 15min walk to Mooloolaba. Pool was great. plenty of onsite parking also. fully gated with key access to the whole property made it feel very secure. Apartment was dated but comfortable size and great balcony overlooking the pool. Being an apartment, it had great kitchen facilities.

bed wasn't overly comfortable, could feel the springs in the mattress and was a little cold with only a sheet. Extra bedding/blankets in the wardrobe had a few stains on them so instead I opted to sleep with the heating on low which was totally fine. (pillow cases and bed sheet were clean)

The location was fantastic straight across from the beach ⛱️ the pool is large enough to have your own quiet swim after a day at the beach. The staff were polite on arrival.

The cleaning of the rooms was very poor. The air conditioning needs cleaning as the duct vents were black and also on the roof from the dust from aircons over time, which gave a smell when running them. Bandaids in the sliding door tracks to the verandah and food under the couch. Ocean view as advertised when booking But definitely not the view when we arrived. View blocked by reception building.

The staff were all lovely and friendly and very helpful. Jessica or Jess in particular (I think was her name.) she was fabulous so helpful, friendly and chatty could not do enough and was great if I needed anything. The room was very well appointed had everything I needed. The pools were amazing and literally metres from my room. Proximity to the beach and the surf club is fabulous. Bus stops right out the front; close connections to everywhere. Great walking paths.

The fridge in my room had an overwhelming seafood smell, I let reception know and they were sending a cleaner to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately the smell was still there so perhaps a box of odour absorber might be a good idea. The bed was a little hard, could use a mattress topper but that is also a personal choice.

The location was amazing, across the road from the patrolled beach and close to parks and cafes. The lagoon pool was spectacular, and the hot pool and spa were really warm. Could ha e stayed in there all day. The games room was fun too. Really big courtyard (We were in the ground floor) to put all of our beach stuff. The unit was small but functional.

Not sure why but there was a lot of dragging chairs in the unit upstairs which was really loud and made it hard for the kids to go to sleep. Perhaps putting soft padding on the chairs would be beneficial.

Great location - very central to Mooloolaba and Maroochydore. Excellent pool that caters for every type of swimmer with some fun little water slides and spas. I was nervous after reading the reviews about the rooms - we stayed in a 2BR apartment with 2 kids and a baby in a portacot and while tight, it had everything we needed and was partially renovated too with air con in all rooms which was great. Would definitely stay again!

Some features of the room were a little outdated (kitchen and bathroom tiling) and could do with a freshen up.

The lagoon connecting the two pools is fantastic. We were upgraded to a swim up pool so this made our stay. My daughter was in heaven and didn’t get out of the pool. We swam constantly between the two pools and our room. While the game room could do with an upgrade - it looks a little sad - my daughter loves this too. $12 later and she’d race a car, been beaten (by me) at air hockey and ‘won’ (aka paid) for a ball and lollipop from the grab machine. Perfect location across the road from the beach and surf club. Pizza and ice cream right on the doorstop too.

Clean and tidied but could do with a little face lift.

Good little self contained apartment in a block of low rise, owned, rented or tenanted properties. It had absolutely everything you need - even washer and drier which is such a good bonus for travellers! There is a hood supermarket just on the corner so everything accessible. Good to stop off here for Australia Zoo etc.

Unfortunately there are steps from the parking down to the lifts etc so you will have to carry your suitcase! The other drawback is the little bath/shower in the apartment is very high to get into so this was not fab for my husband as he has a prosthetic knee! But that aside its a good stop over!

Great location. Walking distance from shop and restaurants. Toddler friendly. Clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Really can't complain about anything. We had a lovely stay.

Other people complained about furnishings being outdated. Sure, it could use a little make over but honestly, it was clean and everything was in working order, so really can't complain there. We enjoyed it very much.
