Staff were extremely friendly. We got an upgrade, and we had a spacious, beautiful 2-level apartment. It was clean with beautiful views. It had all the amenities, a huge fridge, a well stocked kitchen, foxtel, and an extremely comfortable lounge. Very comfortable main bed and pillows. Location was key. We had shops, restaurants, and a beach within a 5 min walk.

As mentioned, it was a 2-level apartment with 2 air-conditioning units. One was upstairs and the other in the main room. This was not enough to reach the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs lounge. The rooms upstairs got extremely hot, and the bottom lounge room had a beautiful comfortable lounge, but it was hot. The lighting was a mystery. We couldn't work out the lounge room lighting top and bottom level. We worked out the bottom blinds on the last day. :)

The apartment was really lovely and the view was fantastic. We could walk to restaurants, though it's a slight hill to walk back up. It's close to plenty of shopping and other places of interest and, for us, it was close to family. The underground parking was very good and extremely handy to our lift.

The lounge in our room wasn't as comfortable as it could be. The traffic was a bit noisy for sitting outside (we were on floor 2). The way it's divided into towers was a bit difficult for guests visiting, but ok for us. The driveway into the underground parking was very difficult to see and we drove past it more than once and had to go back. Perhaps better signage would be good.

We had two apartments and they were opposite eachother on the same floor and we were the only ones on that floor so super convenient for our two families. Pool was awesome for our kids ages from 4-7 shallow enough water but then deep parts too for jumping and the 7 year old. Apartments are spacious and clean. Balconies are also decent sizes. Location great right across from the beach. Staff were great however we didn’t need to see them as there was never anything wrong.

The location was excellent - provided a daily walk to the beach swimming area and the shops, but was far enough away from the busiest shopping area so it was quieter and relaxing. The pool was great - a good size and never seemed to be too crowded, spa pool was a lovely extra. Having an onsite car park was appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean with good air conditioning.

Apartment had balcony front & back so when the wind blew off the sea we sat at the back in the late afternoon sun - lovely. Very close to all the amenities of Mooloolaba. Good size pool which was ideal when grandchildren came to visit.

More traffic noise than expected. Learnt new Aussie word - hoons - to describe the boy racers on a Friday night!

The apartment was large, pristine, and had everything we needed. All of the appliances and facitilities were modern. Having two enclosed courtyards made all the difference for keeping our little ones happy so that we could have some down time. Even though we were on the ground floor we still got water glimpses from the front courtyard. It was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants, even with a stroller. The staff were also friendly, approachable, and helpful.

I would have like some extra bedding available to grab during the night. We got a bit cold during the night and had to put the heater on.

Beautiful Location and lovely ocean view from the third floor. Modern and clean apartment, very stylish and up to date. Lots of kitchenware to use if needed. Friendly reception. Walking distance to pretty much everything you would need or want on your holiday. Cross the street and you’re at the beach. Great little cafes and restaurants to choose from very close by.

Could hardly fault it. The bed was a little hard is probably the only thing I could comment on.

The apartment was very spacious for a family with a magnificent sea view from the balcony. Two TV areas was a bonus for a family with teenage kids.

It was not a problem for us but others may find it a bit of a walk from the main Mooloolaba Esplanade. This made it quieter and a little cheaper than the other resorts but it might take some by surprise.

Great location, walking distance to shops, cafes and playgrounds. Huge spacious apartment perfect for a family with plenty of room for the kids to run around. Good sized pool with a shallow end for young children.

Only negative for the property would be the cleanliness of the apartment. There was mould on the bedroom ceilings and on the backs of the curtains. As well as thick dust hanging from the bathroom vents above the showers.

Very friendly reception on arrival, our booking was made last minute. Easy one hour drive from Brisbane airport. Apartment was spacious and clean with two bedrooms rooms, two bathrooms, living room, open kitchen with balcony on the second floor with endless ocean view,. Other facilities included super hot spa, warm pool, BBQ’s and undercover secure parking. Shops and restaurants are a short stroll.
