The Aquarius Resort was perfect being spacious, clean and tidy. We were in the penthouse on the 6th floor which also included a double garage for parking. A little snug but with a little direction from the other half the four wheel drive did fit. Shops, restaurants and bars were close by (within walking distance) and the best the part, the beach and Lifesaving club was just across the road. So perfect to grab a coffee and go for walk along the beach. Even though we were on the Main Street, noise was not a problem. Besides when you wake up to a beautiful sunrise and the sound of waves, nothing else matters - Perfect!!!

Even though we arrived late at night the Aquarius Resort made it both easy and secure for us to make it to our room. We also requested to stay an additional night, which the resort qranted us at the same discounted price and to top it off provided an additional secure parking for our friends who chose after hours to stay with us. This kind of personal and exceptional service is a rarity these days and made us feel not only special but completely catered for as this request was beyond the norm. Thank you again for going above and beyond to help us.

The room was beautiful and spacious. Bed and couch super comfortable. The kitchen facilities were great. Bath tub and shower amazing. Loved the decor. Pool warm! View stunning. Location perfect, across road from beach!

The noise of the road was very loud. Lots of insects in the pool, not sure if it's regularly cleaned each morning? Would have loved more of a range of teas. Was a lot of dust collected on tables and lamps.

Lovely unit with nice furniture, comfy beds & good ocean views. Both the managers were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We had a few issues with the unit (2 lights not working, bedroom door unable to be closed as bolt in upright locked position & tv in main bedroom preprogrammed to switch on at 4am every morning). The managers promptly solved most of the issues apart from the tv -took their advice & switched it off on the wall.

Good ocean views. Handy to all restaurants, shops, etc.. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of that mentioned below.

Cleaning not up to standard with dust and dead insects behind front and bathroom doors. Dust and debris behind front curtains. Skirting boards require cleaning of dust and fluff.

The rooms were very clean. Great views. The washer and dryer were really handy for a 4 night stay. The owners were lovely. Very cute dog.

A very small amount of toiletries and other hygiene products. Only enough washing liquid and dish soap for one load of dishes and clothes. Only one dishwasher tablet and a roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay. It just wasn't enough.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable to stay in. The pool & spa was the perfect temperature and also clean. The owners were so lovely and patient as they allowed us a few extra days to make the full payment. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Not the properties/owners fault at all but we wished there was more variety to eat/shop on the surrounding streets!

The location is really amazing, as it is overlooking the beach, Just across the beach. The room is neat, tidy, clean, comfortable. The room has a kitchen with induction top stove, with available utensils and cookwares ( honestly they are clean) ready to use when you want to cook your own meal- which I really like as the whole family preferred to cooked meals than eating outside, aside from that, course dishwasher is also available. The laundry room ( washing machine and dryer) is a big help too, especially when you have wet towels and clothings afters swimming at the beach/ pool. our room is just in front of the swimming pool-which the kids love it. We love the big SPA in the bathroom, and the hot SPA available in the swimming pool.

Far from Shopping Malls, I mean not a walking distance.

Priced accordingly. Good communication from staff. The back door of our room leads straight to the pool. Great for entertaining the kids. The pool is heated which was great because we were there in winter. The ensuite off the main had a spa too which was great.

That we couldn't afford to stay longer.

So close to everything. The view was beautiful especially watching the rain. Our room was immaculate and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The spa and pool were just the right temperature. Planning on going back again.

The garage floor was very slippery to walk on when wet.
