My room was very well presented and clean. The location is amazing. It's right behind Westfield Chermside, plus Kedron-Wavell RSL is around the corner for a good meal. It was very handy having a microwave and induction stove. Plus, the shower was spacious, and it was very quiet despite being new year's eve/day. I also liked the grab & go breakfast. It was a nice touch. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

The room front door was extremely difficult to open and close, I informed someone at reception so their maintenance team could look at it. Myself and other guests were disappointed that there wasn't any grab & go breakfast on New Year's Day. Further, there was no housekeeping that day either. I found this to be disappointing as we were paying premium prices due to the public holiday/Christmas period, and yet there were no staff and/or services offered. It would have been nice to have my room serviced, seeing as I stayed three nights.

The idea of Being able to park a tall car undercover off the street. Access to the shops. Staff at reception always said hello when we walked in. The room was good value for money. Everything was clean. It was good to be able to cast to the tv.

There were no parks for tall vehicle and a boss graciously let us park in a disabled park so we could fit. We were lucky there were no disabled guests who would require the park. The aircon seemed to not be working properly. It was set to 18 degrees to get the room cool but we never turned it off 18 because it didn't seem to cool the room enough.

I thought the room was quite spacious and included everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The ability to accommodate my request for a shower chair was outstanding. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The facility felt safe and secure and it was a nice touch having a lift near the stairs in front. I couldn't have gotten my bags moved around without it!

The choice to use casting for TV streaming was a bit off, I think. Luckily, my phone could handle casting and I had various subscriptions (that thankfully worked there!). But thinking about those who don't have capable devices or subscription services, that leaves them put out, doesn't it? Also, at one point I requested extra pillows and blankets and they were never brought to me. Not a big deal but staff should try to remember their customer's requests! One other thing, again, not bad, just an observation that maybe could be considered in the future - nowhere in the room was there an outlet set up for USB cords. It's a small thing but it would possibly save someone having to go buy an adapter or three! They do build them into many lamp styles these days. Easy implementation.

Neat and tidy, comfortable bed, functional room with kitchenette and some supplies. Probably the best service I've ever received from a motel, the staff were outstanding. Location was perfect for us - Close to shopping centre and club where we were attending a wedding reception with less then a 5 min walk. We didn't use the free breakfast bar, wasn't appealing to us but handy if you want something quick and simple and to make a pod coffee as opposed to having some instant in the room. Parking included was a bonus to us and being to just park in whichever spot from someone with a ute to try park sometimes the allocated spots really aren't great for the car size.

The driveway into the car park, the instructions on the gate have you driving on the opposite side of what you usually do and is likely to cause an accident if people are entering and exiting at the same time.

Great location, right next to Chermside Westfield. Apartment felt huge, when we received the key we had doubts due to bad experiences during the holiday we had just returned from, with having small rooms. The unit we were provided was for an example (room xxA) thinking this was going to be a small studio room we were pleasantly surprised walking into a full sized 1 bedroom unit. Bathroom was a great size with laundry facilities (did not use). Bed was pretty comfortable. We were stoked that the apartment was smoke friendly (on the balcony with doors closed), this is very uncommon recently and it is greatly appreciated allowing this at the hotel.

TVs are a little out dated, would have loved to arrive at this hotel after a 10hr day of travel to sign into Netflix and relax.

Staff were super friendly. Rooms were spotless. Great position-easy walk to shopping centre and free parking. Grab and go station is a quick and easy option for breakfast

I booked one additional nights accommodation directly from reception thinking it would be a similar price to what I paid on booking.com, but was very disappointed to discover they charged me $50 more. Limited tv channels. Although rooms were serviced daily, bodywash and hair conditioner bottles were empty for 2 of our 3 night stay.

Very central, next door to Westfield Chermside. Very clean, they offered us “take away breakfast”… you could collect from 7-10am bread, cereal, milk, tea, coffee by pod machine, fruits & muesli bars to take back to our room to enjoy daily

Carpark spaces just weren’t big enough for some if the guests cars. Very tight spaces. I saw one car was parked over 2 carpark spaces!

Clean, friendly , convenient - Best for shopping and entertainment centre (under ate quick and cheap) - highly recommend if it’s a place to sleep - happy with the staff they’re lovely and friendly - would be good with an offer if more facilities for the price paid - the breakfast is good for little kids - great for parking though - excellent

Nothing to do writhing the property - electronics outdated and no entertainment

Location, staff, facilities were all excellent. Location to shopping centre, entertainment, bars & clubs excellent. Staff only too happy to provide any information and assistance and they were open to feedback.

At check-in had a problem with card however staff provided assistance with connecting device to internet and able to process transaction online. Had a problem connecting to Wi-fi a second-time and the reception staff were not able to help however put through to IT assistance who were patient and worked through step-by-step until connected. Kept informed throughout the process what was the issue and how the issue was resolved. Excellent service. Provided feedback to the reception.

Great location, right next to Westfields Chermside and not far for an early morning drop off at Brisbane Airport. Facilities were lovely, bed was comfortable and we got a parking spot underneath with no trouble. Receptionists were lovely and really helpful. Very easy to leave early - just pop out at reception and drop key cards in a box as you're heading down to the parking area.
