Free shuttle in the morning for the airport, 15 minutes away, walking distance to a number of food places for dinner, cute and comfortable room! Cab ride from the airport late afternoon was $30. Great all and all for my needs!

Front desk staff OK but not super friendly.

About 10 minutes from the airport, very spacious 2 bedroom unit, hot water, clean towels, adequately stocked kitchen, minimal road noise, cafe and convenience stores/petrol stations within walking distance. Also a small park within walking distance. Receptionist got us a very early check-in which was AMAZING with 2 kids and landing at 5am after a 14 hour flight from LAX. Would stay there again if needing to layover.

Nothing that would deter us from staying again. Only found the main bathroom shower to be set up very strangely; still completely functional, just odd layout. Also there was no remote for the bedroom heating/cooling unit.

Everything we needed for an overnight stay before an early international flight. Perfect location too, less than 10mins away. Didn't use any of the facilities outside of our room, but would still say it was great for families!

Unfortunately the free shuttle bus (one of the main reasons why we booked here) was fully booked, so we had to get an uber instead. Didn't anticipate that there'd be that many people trying to get to the airport at the same time, especially with it being so close to the airport.

All what you need for an overnight stay waiting for a connecting flight.

Adding fee for using card, even debit card linked to AUD. There is no need for a minibar, a petrol station is just across the road if someone is thirsty. In our case it even caused a confusion and we were unjustly charged for using it without checking. This charge was then reversed after our claim. The greatest disappointment was that there was not free shuttle to the airport as promised, a break down of the van, and we had to cough up extra AUD 40 for taxi trip to the airport ( Sunday rate). No compensation had been offered.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service for dinner was prompt and the meals were good. There was a good breakfast cafe two minutes walk away. Just a five minute walk to the local railway station. The location suited me, being between the airport and a friend I came to visit daily.

There were very few other shops, restaurants and only a very small park close by. The in-house restaurant was closed. So not much to do recreationally within walking distance in the late afternoon or early evening for a solo traveller.

Prime location, close to both the domestic and international airport. The place was within walking distance to Northgate station and by car it was 26-20 minute drive to Chermside shopping centre. Really enjoyed our stay there and the room was exceptional.

I think everything is going great so far and I don’t see anything that needs to be fixed at all.

Room was lovely, good size, comfortable bed, good supplies in kitchen. Restaurant on site. Able to buy breakfast pack that I received night before which was great as I had an early morning flight. Free Shuttle bus to airport. Paper based compendium- didn't have to download or log on or scan to get information!

Only thing was quite a bit of traffic noise, but to be expected given the location and I still managed a reasonable sleep

- Nice comfortable room, soft bed and good pillows - Very good value for money considering my sister and I stayed for 5 nights - Everyday the room was cleaned (e.g., bins emptied, biscuits replaced). Even when housekeeping knocked one morning and we said we were fine, we then ended up putting the door tag up to service the room while we were out and they went back for us. Fantastic!

- The airconditioner in the room was a bit on the noisy side - Main road traffic started really early, not a fault of the facility but still slightly frustrating when trying to get a sleep in

very spacious, lots of room for us as a family of 5. Staff were very nice. Really loved the complimentary shuttle to the airport. Beds were comfy. Apartment was very clean. We arrived late so it was very handy having a 7/11 in walking distance where we could buy dinner and breakfast stuff.

The apartment was quite smelly, wondered if anyone ever smoked there in the past. This was our only concern given we had a young baby travelling with us.

It was clean, bed was comfortable with nice linen. Tea Coffee making facilities. A mini bar if we had wanted to make use of it. Also a room service menu for food if needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It is located on a main road, so there is some road noise, but not enough to stop us sleeping. It was a short 10 min walk to the train station for access into the city. Courtesy bus to the airport. Would stay there again.
