Bed was extremely comfortable. Good central location. Lots of food/grocery options nearby. Fabulous friendly staff. would return for 1-2 night stays but too small for me for any longer

Smelt like sewage in the bathroom when we arrived - but I get this a lot in different places, seems to be the walk in shower/open drains, just run the shower on cold for a bit, flush the toilet - and it disappears

Great location, nice design, lovely staff, room was clean, free washing machines and dryers, comfortable bed.

Although the room was clean the carpets were old and in need of a deep clean and there was a musty smell in the room. I left my AirPods in the room and was unable to get in contact with anyone about finding them (phone or email). I wasn’t too worried because they were old and in need of replacement anyway, but communication post stay was difficult. We parked at the uptown parking (old Myer centre) as suggested, and someone side swiped our mirror and left no details but uptown said they were not able to help in way to identify the other vehicle. Not ibis’ fault at all, but perhaps be wary of using that parking.

Great location. Only a short walk from any of the 3 major train stations in Brisbane made getting to / from the airport (and the Gold Coast) a breeze. We were on a high floor with floor to ceiling windows on two sides of the room, so had excellent views across the city and of the river. The bed was comfortable, and the size of the room was more generous than pretty much every other IBIS we've stayed in. Little practical touches - like a fridge and a bottle opener / corkscrew - were a welcome bonus. Would definitely stay again!

The seal under the shower door wasn't the best which meant the bathroom floor would be wet. Not the end of the world, but unexpected damp socks were unpleasant! And there's not a lot of shelving space to have stuff out of washbags by the sink. But that's just nit-picking. Would stay again, 100%

Room was lovely and clean with a view. Breakfast was enjoyable, no fuss to access and nice and handy.

More information on parking would have been nice. It says there is parking available but it's actually next door in the shopping centre and tricky to navigate through the shopping centre (bags in toe) to the motel. Quite confusing. Some instructions when booking would be great. Was sharing with a friend, so book a twin share, but the beds were right beside one another. May as well have booked a double. Wasn't too much of an issue as we are good friends, but a little gap would have been nice. lol

We were in the king corner room and the view was amazing. The front desk were lovely. It was very busy at the time so I saw them doing their best to look after everyone. Buffet breakfast was very good. I’m a vegan but my son isn’t and we both enjoyed the variety of food. Parking is available at the uptown (old Myer centre) carpark.

It was a very busy period and the staff weren’t available on the phone a couple of times so I had to go to reception to request a room change because of our light flickering in the room. The staff were very accommodating though. Parking instructions need to be communicated upon booking as I had no idea where to park.

My 8yo son and I had a weekend away together for his birthday. The hotel is in a great location. The staff were so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Our particular room was very small but honestly it was the perfect size for us and we absolutely loved the view. The room had a small fridge that allowed us to store a few simple foods (there is a Coles downstairs). We were able to have avo smash for breaky and then head out exploring. So many great attractions within walking distance and then Uber pick up straight outside the hotel for trips further out. Central Station is less than 10 mins walk away. We would definitely book again.

We really only had our bed to sit on. Not a huge issue though because we were out and about exploring so much. There is a park across the road and loads of cafes (and Queens St Mall) near by.

This is where I stay now, when I visit Brisbane. It has a great location, the staff are great, breakfast is commendable and the rooms very comfortable. But it also has two things that I really look for in hotels. First the walls are thick - nothing annoys me more than being woken up by the loud blaring of the TV next door or late night conversations. I always get a good sleep at this hotel. Second, unlike many hotels, they don’t charge daily bond fees for incidentals etc, and then promise it will be repaid to you in five business days, which always takes longer. Like all hotels should, they just take your credit card details should they need it.

Perfect Location, Great Stay I had a pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the CBD. The room was spacious with excellent amenities and a super view overlooking the Brisbane River and The Wheel of Brisbane, which was a real treat. The hotel is conveniently located near all major tourist attractions, and transportation options are easily accessible. I loved that Coles supermarket is just next door in the Uptown shopping mall, making it easy to grab essentials. Queen Street Mall is also just a short walk away, perfect for shopping and dining. The room service was great, and the staff were very accommodating. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Brisbane. Highly recommend!

The staff were absolutely incredible and helped us every single step of the way with any issue whatsoever. A very special mention to Merrik and Andy and I do hope I’ve spelled those names correctly and I apologise if not. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are gorgeous. Such a vibrant hotel and everyone is so helpful and considerate. The best hotel stay I’ve had in Australia. Anything that was needed or requested was done with care and speed. The views are also just exquisite. Just a super relaxing stay. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

No on site parking but easy enough regardless and very helpful in regards to parking next door.

I loved the location, less than 5 minutes walk to Queen Street Mall, surrounded by grocery shopping and food outlets, whether sit down or takeaway. I was even able to walk with my bags back to Central Railway Station to catch the Air train to the Airport when it was time to come home. The bed was amazing, I usually do not sleep well anywhere but my own bed etc., but I had no problems in this bed.

There was nothing I didn't like, I mentioned that the room wasn't large, but it was adequate, I had just come from a Holiday Unit up on the Sunshine Coast and so I guess my idea came from that influence.
