It was very clean and well maintained daily by all cleaning and maintenance staff. Perfect location, close to all main areas, pool was great. The room was good size and had everything required. It was great having wheelie bin at our room and emptied daily, staff were always available, the free activities and face painting was great for our young children. The security at night gave piece of mind. The use of the bbq at our room was excellent. All staff were friendly, welcoming and did a excellent job daily. We would definitely recommend.

We were unable to explore the birds much as there were alot of spiders around it. The oven in our room wasn't working properly and would burn our food, only had high heat. The aircon only cooled the kitchen/dining area which caused the rooms to be excessively hot and stuffy especially at night. The playground had spiders which prevented our children from using it.

Bed was very comfortable, slept really well, peaceful. Had everything u needed, washing machine & dryer worked well. Barbeque worked well. Air conditioner & fans all in good working order. Staff were very obliging & helpful! Overall a great place to stay especially if you have kids!

Couch was no good but was promptly replaced with a brand new one, very happy! TV on/off button not working in the lounge, but just used button on side of the TV. Toilet in ensuite making noise after flushing & leaked onto floor!

Great place to stay, if you want to drive, the location is convenient for highway connect and also few mins drive to Surfer’s Paradise. A very quiet and calm place, the pools are great. The birds are wonderful and cute. Kitchen had all essentials. Complimentary family pic, free tennis play.

Everything was perfect, next time if available I would look for a single room with a King bed, rather than two rooms with queen bed.

Clean, neat and family friendly. My husband and I commented on how well kept and clean the whole premises was. Everything to the little detail of supplying pegs for washing was provided. BBQ facilities were awesome. Also the laundry facilities were excellent. The pool area along with the bird walk was magical. We loved our stay at Ashmore Palms and would highly recommend it to anyone. Will definitely stay here again.

Perhaps a change machine in laundry. Not a big deal though. Can’t really fault!

Our cottage was perfect for a family of 5 and only a few step away from the pools And playgrounds. Everything was clean, the whole village was lovely, and the staff were amazing. We would love to stay again! Loved the shop that was open late and the buggy rides and the macaws! The best part were the birds all gorgeous and they talk! Thank you for an awesome time.

The room was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and just incredibly clean. The whole experience was terrific, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The venue was so quiet and well-manicured. We even visited the free animal ranger experince which our kids loved. Thank you, team. We would love to visit again in a few years!

Ashmore resort was perfect for our family. The pool was amazing, the parrots entertained the kids. The cottage was a good size and had all the things we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location in Ashmore was a bit of a travel to get to some places. Not that far from theme parks, but took a long time from the brisbane airport. However other than that our stay was perfect.

So spacious and clean. Very friendly atmosphere and the regular scheduled kid’s activities were so much more than “arts and crafts” - they had professional acts entertaining kids. Ashmore Palms is a breath of fresh air and was the perfect place for our family with 3 young kids. Great location to visit a good variety of places.

Currently some renovations going on but all the builders and staff were always smiling.

Excellent facilities. The staff were great and the communication was fantastic. Great activities for kids. Would love to see a cafe or restaurant there!

Macaw Mansions need their own laundry facility in the Mansion's themselves. Pool needs to be heated for the cooler days. WiFi should be unlimited as most accommodation is in this day and age.

Reception was very welcoming, warm and genuine with real attention to detail with our stay amidst our last minute requests. Started our trip off in the best way possible and we are grateful to have stayed there for our three nights in Gold Coast! Will 100% return for another stay
