The house was good, whit everything that you need

The Location was excellent, the facilities could not be faulted, and the accommodation was comfortable We made use of the spa but decided against using the pool, too cold for us though other guests were using it Short walk to the Spar for groceries and close proximity to the Tavern, excellent fish and chips shop and the local shopping centre Free Undercover secure parking and security throughout the resort was excellent

Little to fault, cold water tap in the bathroom was leaking and the resort did not have an elevator so the less physical guests would need to book the ground level

The property is beautiful. Our apartment was quite big and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was really modern. There were towels and a washer and dryer. The pool was a nice refreshment and really convenient. The beach and the center of Surfer‘s Paradise can be reached by foot in approximately 15 minutes. The Chevron Island also offers a nice range of restaurants (check out Café Alfons for breakfast or Arlo‘s Pizza for a really good Italien sourdough pizza). There is also a little Spar within a 5-minute walking distance of the apartment. Woolworths and Coles can be found in Surfer‘s Paradise (10-15 min walking-distance).

Nothing really, the apartment had a carpet floor which I generally regard as rather unhygienic but that is just personal preferences.

The location was excellent being close to some restaurants and cafe's and just a short walk to the heart of Surfers Paradise. The apartment was clean and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a full kitchen. The apartment complex and underground parking is secure and easy to navigate. Communication was excellent from the staff who provided me with very clear information about how to access my keys as I was checking in after hours.

I could occasionally hear noise from the adjoining apartments and there was also some light coming through into the bedroom at night from the street lights. Although this did not bother me, light sleepers may be affected.

The location is perfect for those who have just arrived. you can walk everywhere! We enjoy the pool and love the SPA (with hot water) at the end of days.. It was absolutely relaxing! The kitchen is small but complete!!!

The photos do not match the apartment! The sofa cushions, carpet and kitchen drawers were relatively dirty. In room 28 the sofa bed was simply impossible to lie down on. We tried to open it to be more comfortable in the living room and watch a movie, but besides the TV not being smart, the couch sank!!! We had problem with Wi-Fi access... the ap molden was not working. Buut It started working again on the last day of the 5 nights of our stay.

It is central, everything is in walking distance loved the peaceful stay! The hot pool is just what was needed after some late dates with whanau! Loved the washing machine and dryer especially after the swim and long days out!

The bed was abit hard but other then that, it’s spot on and it’s not your fault being that we are from nz we didn’t read the fine print for no towels 🤦🏽‍♀️

Check in and check out we’re a breeze. Reception were super helpful and friendly, the apartment was spacious and clean with some startup amenities supplied, the couch and bed were very comfortable and the private outdoor patio was great for taking in the sun! The washer and dryer were handy and the shower pressure was awesome. It felt very homy overall. It is well located close to Chevron Island shops and a short walk over to Cavill avenue, and I looked forward to coming back to chill in the pool and spa every night. The secure underground parking was also a bonus. I look forward to staying here next time.

Walls are a little thin, but wasn’t a problem when I was there.

The appartment was nice, well arranged and well equipped. The balcony was nice even if didn't have the nicest view. Basically there was everything that we need for our stay. We also appreciated the fact that there were cleaning products for the dishes as well as for the dishwasher and washing machine as well as sponges and garbage bags. 8. The swimming pool and spa pool were also nice as well and the hotel personnel very friendly and very helpful.

The matress in the sofa is far too thin with springs and not confortable at all.

Nice clean and quiet. Nice walk into surfers. Nice shower with good pressure. Spacious balcony. Kitchen equipped with everything needed to be able to cook own meals.

The dryer didnt work well, kept cutting out, or just making the clothes hot without drying. We stayed a week so getting the towels dry was an issue. But staff did give us clean ones when we asked.
