I like how clean the facility was and how friendly the staff were. They were all friendly and helpful whenever I asked about anything. And I like how clean and tidy the pool area was.

I stayed for two weeks and I’m the room was cleaned once in that time. I ran out of toilet paper and clean cutlery and it would have been nice not to constantly smell the smoke from people outside my rooms bathroom window smoking and talking until late at night.

The location was really convenient. Main shops and eateries were walking distance. The tram station too was just near by so using the tram line to get to places we wanted to see was exceptional.

Maybe if the room were vacuumed out.

I really liked how close to everything we were including the tram stop, and that it was a quiet area as well, nice and tidy good room for the 3 of us. Staff were absolutely lovely and helpful!! Has a great pool area thr kids liked it with a BBQ, had a nice BBQ by the pool! well cameraed in the carport space which I liked! Over all a great stay and will definitely stay again. Only thing was the spray used in the rooms although a nice smell gave me a migraine and was very very strong other than that everything was great and thanks for a good stay

The location was excellent, it was close to the function I was attending, there was a shopping centre, eateries & public transportation close by.

My knees aren’t the best, so I didn’t like the 3 flights of stairs between the parking area and my unit

The location was perfect for us as we went to GCU Hospital each day. Also, restaurants were easily accessible. Undercover parking is great.

Some extra crockery and cutlery in the room would have been preferable to collecting it from reception.

The location was fantastic, also you had parking. Quite, very tidy. And transport was easy.

Having the television in the same area as the toaster kettle ETC. Does not have much space to prepare,tea, coffee. 🙂 toilet roll holder to.far.back hard to reach

Staff is very friendly. She provided us with information around the hotel, such as restaurants. The bathroom is clean. The bedroom is clean and comfy. A very nice stay at the hotel. We may book this hotel again if we travel to goal coast again.

Jamie was very friendly and assisted us with early checkin which was helpful, given my grand child suffered a medical emergency and was admitted to university hospital that morning. It was convenient location to the hospital being on the tram line within 2 stops. Rooms very clean and was what we needed for our stay.

Great service and friendly staff. Cleaner than most expensive places I've stayed (kitchen equipment etc) and comfortable bed. Made for a restful break in my travels. Didn't have to worry about car parking.

You can hear a lot of conversations from the outside if you are a light sleeper - people coming back late at night.

We loved it close to tram line close to shops close to beach we couldn’t ask for more for our family get away. We will definitely be going again all staff were amazing and helpful can’t fault it what so ever.
