All facilities advertised were provided. The property is located in a quiet area close to the beach. Lots of interesting cafes and restaurants very close. A convenience store, chemist, BWS and other shop[s in the same strip. While the property may be a little 'tired' it met the requirements, purpose and budget for the trip. Property is very quiet with no noise from others. The pool was clean and well presented.

The room was light, airy and on the top floor with wonderful views of Surfers Paradise. The room was equipped with all the amenities you could want for a self contained apartment. The pool and area was very clean and welcoming, the staff were very accommodating and the secure carpark was very handy

The bed was a bit too soft in the main room, one of my daughters beds creaked loudly with every move and with two beds in the smaller room, it was too small to close the door. The shower struggled to get very hot and the shower head was a bit old and struggled to stay upright.

The apartments are close to the beach and shops. The staff was amazing, and very helpful. The facilities in the unit were great. The pool and spa facilities were wonderful.

This isn't a dislike but just a note. There is no elevators on the property, so if you are someone who may be bringing lots of luggage or have issues with stairs I would suggest asking for a ground-level or first-floor apartment.

Location 10/10, couldn't ask for a better spot. 2min walk to the beach, coffee shop on the corner, lots of great food & restaurants & great access to all the gold coast attractions. My partner & I went there to surf & relax & we did exactly that. Apartment has full kitchen and laundry, and pool was relaxing too. The proximity to the beach was the best & you have a secure carpark under the complex. Bed was also very comfy. Great value for money!!! Would stay again & recommending to friends/family.

The apartment doesn't get serviced, so you have to go down to get more toilet paper etc. & towels cost extra. But I just washed them and did groceries when we arrived.

The staff at this place were outstanding and incredibly helpful, can't say enough nice things about Felix and Rusi. Location is top notch, a 3 minute walk to the beach is unbeatable, plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Apartments equipped with full kitchen and laundry made the stay very comfortable since we could cook and refresh our clothes. Nice amount of space in living area for gatherings and 6 people dinner, with TV and free WIFI. Assigned parking was very convenient and we appreciated the security around requiring fobs to enter the property, stairwells and garage. It definitely is an unpretentious joint but provided good value for money. Bonus - all the apartments gave a little balcony or porch with seating which was delightful. The 1 bedroom unit we were in had been recentishly redone and was really nice and modern and had a private terrace out back as well, that was a lovely surprise.

Only thing that put a slight damper was the state of some of the utensils and crockery, which in fairness to the property, previous guests are expected to wash themselves or be fined. Still it was a bit offputting to find utensils with caked on stuff and grimy dishes...but nothing that couldn't be fixed with some dish soap so not a huge deal. 4 of the 5 bedrooms we experienced were comfortable, but 1 of the beds was noticeably sinking towards the headboard which probably just means it's due for a refresh.

glad we were on the first floor no elevator but that’s okay if you’re able bodied.

The room was amazing, tv channels, wifi, air conditioner, very nice balcony and hot tub, close to bus stop, a good set of dishes, nice reception service, very close to the beach, pieceful area.

No cleaning and change of towels only after 9 days, no hairdryer, having to take trash out yourself, not enough toilet paper and coffee when staying for 10 days, 1 cockroach in the bathroom, but he was cute 😀 The need to take two types of transportation bus and tram to get to Broadbeach or Surfers Paradise. Buses are often not in schedule. Closest ok grocery store/ gas station is on Miami beach.

I loved the location with a short walk to beautiful Mermaid Beach. You could hear the surf at night even with main road a block away. The cafe/restaurant precinct was just around the corner. A variety to choose from. You'd be a fussy eater if nothing suited. At night with the windows closed this busy eating area did not interfere with serenity. I'd stay here again but in a ground floor unit as there is no elevator & a maze of stair cases. Only a very slight negative. A fitter younger person would have no bother. Staff interaction was wonderful & very hospitable. I highly recommend "Beaches on Wave" for a get away of any length of time. 👌

Considering it's location, one street back from the Gold Coast h'way, it wasn't too noisy, and an easy walk to the beach, which was manned with lifeguards. Parking around the area was easy to find and free, bonus undercover parking for one car, was easy enough to get into. The unit was on the top floor, which we didn't mind, and the stairwell was clean and tidy all the time. It was equipped with enough beds, clean and tidy, and the a/c was a God send! It wasn't too far from surfers or Miami beach Aldi. The pool area was great for my teens, and we enjoyed a little BBQ there. Our kettle was on the blink and the 4 slice toaster, one section was broken, the managers were quick to replace these items and they were lovely to deal with

The unit could do with an upgrade of cooking utensils (tongs etc) and perhaps more cutlery/crockery/coffee mugs. May be a mop as well and a clock for the wall. (not everyone wants to look at their phones all the time. (Haha) I hope that, this is okay to say.

Ideal location central to great coffee shop, dining and short walk to the beach! Tidy and good size apartment
