It is a fun place for the family to be, no need to really go out if you don’t wish too as the kids stay occupied all day with the pool, slides and golf. Love that the apartment is self contained so all the conveniences of home are there. Great to have a little cafe on site for when you don’t feel like cooking or going out.

Everything is extra! I feel like anything I asked about cost more. Also if you ask for a cot, they do not make it up for you (even though you pay for it!) you have to make it all up yourself and nor do they supply proper cot linen, only a huge bed sheet (double bed maybe) which would not be safe for young babies. Adults are not allowed to take their children down the slides which I think is a real let down.

Wonderful resort for kids - the room was comfortable, pools are excellent, cafe right there, free crafts for the kids each day. Supermarket walking distance. Special shout out to the staff who replaced a broken dishwasher in our room on the same day, and even filled the dishwasher and washed the dishes for us while we were out. Very thoughtful and appreciated. We would love to come back.

Washing machine was an old top loader and didn’t spin very well but still washed the clothes. Would be great to supply pool towels!

I liked the pools and slides and kids club was great! Our apartment was quite clean but needed a bit of handyman maintenance toilet lid slipped off due to loose screws.... Shuttle bus was great Vince was excellent 👌 Loved how close to the beach we were and loved having a woolies right next door and lots of food choices around.

The resturant on site. I wanted to love it but the meals were not the greatest... And the wait time to be served was a bit crazy ...Felt ignored and a bit of an inconvenience to staff. And was extremely pricey for a box of chips 🤯 the deck seemed to be a bit off from our last visit maybe they are going through different staff or training not sure but yeah not as friendly as last time....

Great family resort with lots of activities catered for the kids. The rooms are well setup to self-cater, while the bar /restaurant has good food and drink options. TBR provided drinks, kids club and other activity vouchers which encourage you to enjoy all the resort has to offer! Also very secure. You can't get in or out without a pass, which gives peace of mind if your kids are running around.

While we loved the rooms, there are parts that are becoming dated. Patched up tile cracks in the shower. A broken toilet seat. Our fridge and freezer wasn't working, though once reported it was quickly replaced with a smile!

The location of the property was excellent. VERY close to woolworths and across the road from a number of shops you'll need, ie bottle shop and plenty of take away. The number of pools will keep your kids busy, the splash park was cool. The room itself was was basic but self contained. easy to get to all the theme parks if you can a car OR if your book a shuttle, bout 20-30 mins depending on traffic.

We were on the third story and there is no lifts, so a bit of a bugger but no biggie for our family. however, if your coming with grandparents with mobility issues, the top floors are not for you. Beds were a bit old and the pillows felt a little cheap. thats my only 1% negative feedback!

Beautiful lush gardens, excellent pools and play areas for kids. Apartment was very comfortable, had everything we needed for a family of 4. Nice and quiet at night, can be a little croupy in the evenings but settles quickly. Public transport is right out the front and super easy, only 50 cent fare and took you door to door from the airport, and all major attractions in the area. Supermarket and excellent coffee shops within walking distance, beach is perfection and 5 min walk away.

Minimal provisions in the apartment like dishwashing liquid and washing liquid. If you run out of toilet paper you need to pay to top it up. If you want a linen change it’s $35 per bed, my son was sick during the night (drank to much pool water) so I washed the sheets myself instead of paying. We had a 6 night stay and there was no towel change, we rented pool towels ($5 each) I washed them every day. You need to wash and put away the dishes on check out but they don’t supply enough washing up liquid.

Having a self contained apartment in which we had our own separate bedrooms/bathrooms + kitchen & laundry really added that extra space which helped us to truely relax. Felt like we were in a home away from home!

The master bed felt very slept in and was quite 'crunchy' with what felt like broken springs. Definitely feel like the bed needed to be updated!! Alot of light tends to creep in through the curtains, could be annoying for a light sleeper - investing in blinds would be more beneficial. During our stay the Wifi was upgraded which provided a MASSIVE improvment with the internet speeds. Unfortunately the new router is located next to the master bed and is very bright! We needed to drape a shirt over it to help us sleep.

- The splash zone was super fun and perfect for kids and adults alike! - The staff were very friendly and welcoming. - Mermaid Beach is just a 10-minute walk away, making it convenient to enjoy the ocean. - Free parking was a nice perk. - There’s a Woolworths just 5 minutes away for any essentials. - It was quiet at night—no annoying AC or other random sounds disturbing sleep.

- The walls in the room were textured and spiky, which somehow gave me a small scratch. - The ladder to the top bunk bed was uncomfortable and hurt to climb. - The bathtub had odd white spots that looked a bit off. - The TV remote’s battery was dead, so the TV stayed on the entire day until we manually turned it off.

Clean, spacious, well located, well maintained. Lots of amenities to utilise, good security. Overall very comfortable and happy with our stay.

We were quite disappointed that for 6 nights we were only offered 2 complimentary rolls of toilet paper, dishwasher powder, laundry powder and no additional or replacement towels. When requesting more supplies we were basically told we were expected to wash our own towels, additional toilet paper was $5 and laundry and dishwasher powder would cost extra too. We had to purchase supplies at the supermarket much of which we had to transport home so not to waste. We were also disappointed by the main bathroom, the shower was insufficiently enclosed causing the water to go all over the floor, forcing us to use a towel to clean up.

Great for kids - they loved the pools, playing tennis and basketball and most of all the milkshakes and slushies from The Deck. Rooms were very clean, yes they are dated but as long as they are clean that’s fine with us. Bus stop is outside and the tram from Broadbeach into Surfers is easy. We also walked into Surfers along the beach which was beautiful with a stop for brunch at the Surf Life Saving club on the way. We walked up to Burleigh Heads too which was a beautiful walk and then caught the bus back. There’s two great coffee shops across the road as well as some fabulous take-aways. Staff were friendly and helpful if we needed them - super lovely at The Deck. Nice for the parents to have a couple of drinks in the Deck whilst the kids played. Thanks team!

Small things like it being dated, this didn’t impact on our holiday though
