The beds were super comfortable. The hotel was in a great location.

When booking through booking.com we didn’t realise that it wasn’t through the hotel and instead a private airbnb. After booking we were advised that the keys had to be collected from a location 5 minutes up the road. It wasn’t too far but definitely not walking distance so if you didn’t have your own public transport or were in a hurry you would be in a pickle.

The amenities were excellent - pool was heated and beautifully presented; underground parking spot included in the price; spacious bedrooms and living space with large family dinner table and good sized deck looking out to the pool. Everything was lovely and clean. The blokes at the front desk were awesome.

The hot tub wasn’t hot! 🥲 Our room was lovely but could use a little updating (door handles didn’t fit the holes drilled for them, bathroom grouting had worn out, door lock to ensuite was sticking)

Older type resort but good value for the price. The pool looked lovely. We were only there for 1 night but you could certainly have a nice affordable family holiday on the Gold Coast there as it was comfortable, clean and well located. The site manager was great and responsive to our needs. The beds were a little Un comfy

Love the location and definitely will be coming back in the summertime 

The only thing I would mention is that the beds are very hard and very noisy having the wheels on the hard floor, every single move, you can hear 

Great accommodation, clean, pool was clean and all bedding and amenities were exceptional.

Only thing I could fault was the wifi and phone reception was poor or non existent.

location good large size rooms but very unpleasant cleaning smell went out to buy perfume to cover over it keys were a pain working air conditioning work one time not next. could not slide bolts down to open door. only little things and always when staff not there but setting so nice

location was great not far from beach and shops resturants

everything was great except for bed little firm and pillows too everything else fine not enough time there wouldve liked to stsy longer but fully booked a shame. next time

Clean facility and great family location. Staff were friendly. Room was huge and had everything needed. Loved having a garage for the car and aircon in all the main rooms.

Room was bright at night due to lighting outside. Maybe needing curtains rather then blinds to block it out a little better. Temp of the hot water was really low, making it barely warm. Both concerns however were not high priority, just suggestions for future.
