Location was great. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were good. Double bed was good, single bed was lumpy. Fans were ancient and noisy.n

The air conditioner was insufficient for the 2 bedrooms and incredibly noisy at night. Only providing one bin bag for kitchen waste for 7 days was insufficient. It became smellie and unhygienic. Also all the other properties we’ve stayed at on the GC, close by, provided enough dishwasher tablets for our stay and at least 4/5 capsules for the washing machine. The charge from reception was ridiculous. I bought some from the supermarket and left the ones we didn’t use with my granddaughter.

Location was excellent - right across from the beach. Good underground parking facilities too.

They provided very limited household amenities for a week's stay - 2 rolls of toilet roll, 1 towel per person, no tea towels, no washing up liquid, one dishwasher tablet, one washing machine thingy. It would have cost them a minimal amount extra to make this suitable for a week's stay, rather than us having to go out and buy these basic amenities and waste 3/4s of them.

Great location but the best thing is the manager Tim who spent an hour with us setting up all the TV options because the apartment we were in was newly added to the group.

Some small repairs needed around the bottom edge of the shower and only shutters in the double bedroom which we couldn't close properly. Then when Tim managed to close them we had to leave them like that. Needs some curtains.

Brilliant location.... not too close to the craziness of Surfers P. Right on the beach. The views are incredible. Calm, family-friendly and funky environment. Big unit... clean, decent and old-school, and our top floor unit rocked the views. Good value for money...decent, not silly overpriced, and because of that...incentivises for one to return. Professional & Welcoming Hospitality .... Property & Bookings Mgt team led by Tim McConnell was excellent. Really welcoming, supportive and encouraged a sensational holiday and stay. Makes a huge difference. Congrats.

The view is spectacular and the apartment is very spacious - perfect for a family getaway. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and it was very handy having the washer and dryer during the week's stay. The secure lock up garage gives peace of mind.

We came from overseas and did not have local phones or roaming, so we were dependent on the internet of the apartments to pull up essential information to get around for the week. Half way through our stay we ran out of the free 8GB and were directed to a website to pay more (and of course I did not want to with so few days left!). Fortunately Tim could help us out, but just be aware that if you are dependent on the apartment's internet, there is a cost to going over 8GB.

Tim was very helpful, the apartment was very spacious,, the balcony and views of the crashing waves was a highlight.

Perhaps having some shampoo and more than one sachet of dishwashing and washing machine liquid and a few more toilet rolls for a week 's stay would be a plus.

Facilities great and a spacious apartment. Nice view of the beach with cafes within walking distance. Pool pleasant. Birds chirpy. Staff helpful.

Nothing about the property itself but the nearby road works caused some grief.

Loved the location, amazing view of the sea. Older apartment but very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Also lovely and quiet, visited by interesting birds. Would definitely return, Tim was great, very helpful. Thanks Tim.

There was nothing to not like!

Amazing location and ocean views. Everyday was spent at the beach or in the pool. What else do you need? Tim the property manager was very welcoming and accommodating of anything that came up. Give the bloke a raise.

in 2023 with 2 kids, 2 adults 500mb a day in (very very slow) included data was only enough to last a couple of days. Especially as the mobile phone reception was non existent. Recommend the room owners invest in a direct NBN connection into the room.

The location was excellent opposite the beach. The apartment was a great size with a big balcony facing the beach so had a great view and had a smaller balcony off the bedrooms at the back. Secure unnderground parking was perfect. All rooms were roomy and comfortable. Shops were a short drive away.
