The facilities are old, and there doesn’t have AC in the room.

Excellent Location( Beach front). Big size air-conditioned room. Views of Ocean and city from 15th floor is excellent. Small kitchen (part of main room)with all required cutlery including fridge, cook top, microwave, cattle, toaster etc., good sized comfortable bed, iron with table everything you need is provided. Bath room is also enough size. Pool and spa pools are clean and maintained . Sports room equipped with table tennis etc. maintained well. Laundry and dryer ( at guest cost) is good and reasonable priced. Customer service at reception is also warm and well replied. old furniture is clean and maintained. TV provides regular channel + entertainment channel like You tube etc. WiFi is good. Overall I like to visit and stay at this property again.

There is no intercom connecting reception. This is very dangerous from safety of guest point of view in case of any inside/outside emergency arise. For your any needs/question you have to get down all the way from top floors. This is annoying too. Daily House keeping service is absolutely none. Property provides toiletries, towel etc only once at the time of entry, then it will be charged Xtra. Daily cleaning of room and bed sheets is also not provided. This is pathetic. Tapestry on chairs are also torned. Toilet paper hanger in bathroom was dislocated. When I have reported these it was assure to fix but till the time of leaving (after 4:days stay) it was not even inspected. Free Water is available from water tap of kitchen sink.

Location is excellent, next to restaurants, shops, the night market and the beach. Beautiful view of the skyline and the beach from the upper levels. The appartment was spacious with a kitchen including a large table. Everything was as clean as the rather old floor and furniture could be (there were stains on the carpeted floor that just couldn't be removed). Free undercover carpark. Good for visits to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary (30 mins drive) and many theme parks

Furniture and carpeted floor were rather old and worn. Bathroom was small. Parking space in the undercover carpark was tight and had limited places, but there was a second carpark on the first floor level.

The view from the room was spectacular. We had a top floor room , facing the beach, so we were very lucky. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. It was very basic, yes, but it had a big tv, bed, shower, toilet and fridge etc. The staff were lovely and we didn't use the pool and spa area, but we had a look at it and everything looked great. Plenty of car parking downstairs and the location was very central to everything we needed. Waking up for sunrise and watching it out of the bedroom windows was beautiful.

I wish we had time to stay longer. Will definitely be back. It was slightly noisy outside, but it was a Sunday evening in Surfers Paradise on a public holiday weekend, so that was definitely to be expected.

It is a slice of paradise, breathtaking views and the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. The location of this apartment is unparalleled. Situated right on the beach, it offers uninterrupted vistas of the sparkling blue sea and golden sands. Each morning, I woke up to the gentle lullaby of waves and enjoyed sipping my coffee on the private balcony while watching the sunrise – an experience that felt like a scene from a postcard.

The low water pressure in the shower was a considerable inconvenience. Another notable drawback was the absence of air conditioning. While the coastal breeze was generally refreshing, there were times when the apartment felt uncomfortably warm, particularly during the peak heat of the day. Opening windows helped somewhat, but it also invited in insects, making it a bit challenging to strike the right balance between ventilation and comfort.

Nice view at Beach and sea although the saltwater clouded the windows. Nice with a fridge, hair dryer, iron and water cooker. Would have appreciated 2 forks and 2 knives too, but the coffee spoons where fine to have. Many nice eating and shopping options within 5 minutes walking distance. Perfect for our purpose.

I liked the “value for money” and fresh towels EACH day would not have made my stay any better. I can recommend the vietnamese Soup at MingMing and the breakfast café in front of the Beach Resort.

Excellent location (first building next to the beach road) and view (ocean view) from the hotel room! They had an electronic heater which we used during night time. Parking was included in the room price, they have a spaceous closed parking lot (door can be opened using the room key). We used the sauna as well which was included in the room price.

The room had only basic equipment (fridge + microwave). No aircon, no plates (?), only some glasses (water/wine) and teaspoons. We could not log on to the WiFi (but we have not tried to resolve it since we had a prepaid Telstra data pack), probably this could have been fixed if we report it at the reception. Even lacking these, we were very happy about the hotel room considering its very good price point!

Really good value for money, very close too the beach, easy and accessible parking, easy check in and check out, also accidentally left an item behind and was contacted about postal straight away

Stayed there for a week and was only originally gifted 2 rolls of toilet paper and no additional garbage bags got more from reception when inquiring, also VERY loud shower door, Basic amenities, gym and games room didn’t open until 7:30, and the gym and games room had a metal gate separating the 2 rooms, and a strange smell, you also had too pay for the games

All the reviews on this place were absolutely crazy!! I was expecting the worst based off the reviews prior to my stay. I had a really lovely room, with an ensuite, kitchenette - fully equipped with everything you need! Pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls & both wine & regular glasses. We had a smart TV which included Netflix & YouTube and free wifi was connected to the room! We had a beautiful view of the water & the location was absolutely perfect. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Awesome view of the beach in front of you!! You can perfectly capture sunrise from your room and wake up to the sound of the waves. The hotel is literally just across surfer's paradise and few blocks away from Caville avenue where most of the restaurants are shops are situated. Great cafes around. I highly recommend this place in terms of its location. You get value for your money.

Some occasional noise from adjacent rooms which is beyond their control. Not able to request for towels and had to pay for a fee if you want one, but that's not much of an issue. Just a weird loud noise when you open the hot water on the tap for the first time after not using in overnight. Other than that, it's a perfect place if you are mainly after the view, location and accessibility!
