Loved loved the location which is a blocks walk from Cavill avenue the Main Street in surfers Paradise. We just parked our car (designated spot) in the secure underground car park for most of our stay. The outlook over the beach was beautiful and a great place to while away the time. The fully equipped kitchen had everything you needed to cook up a storm (supermarkets within east walking distance)

Had no internet the whole time we were there. Granted they had issues with their previous provider but they really didn’t make any effort to really explain the challenges. One staff member said, ‘I don’t know and they didn’t tell me anything?’ That’s it, instead of finding out. Good internet is a must in todays accomodation

Excellent location. Great staff. Nice rooms. We can't really complain much. Everything you need at a good price and a great location right on the beach. Some awesome restaurants nearby 😁

The dishwasher was really smelly which made it a bit unpleasant. Also the windows and verandah glass could do with a wash. It would have been lovely to see the gorgeous view through the windows/sliding doors

Always a pleasure to be greeted as a VIP by the delightful Barbie. We love this place. Across the road from the beach. Around the corner from many eating places and Cavill Ave. Tram a block away. My favorite is watching the ocean from my bed or the couch or lazing on the balcony. Big and roomy with 2 bathrooms and everything you need for a stay. Has parking and a pool, tennis court and spa and sauna. What else do you want!

There is not much you can do to improve this place. Its not your fancy expensive boring highrise but is everything you need for a wonderful surfers stay.

You can't beat the location- right opposite the beach, a few steps from Cavill Ave and opposite the night markets. I love that parking is onsite -underneath the building. It is an old building so not luxe but great big rooms. Some could do with more aircon units so check when booking what your room has. The balconies are awesome and you can sit and relax. Barbie at reception is delightful. Great security as well to get to your floor.

As they are all privately owned, some are more dated than others and some have less aircon units than others. Just check before you arrive.

The location is excellent. Close to restaurants and shopping. Markets located on the esplanade beach front held on Wednesday Friday and Saturday starting late afternoons into the night was a bonus. The view of the ocean was beautiful to see daily, and the pool, spa and sauna were awesome to use. Very clean area to swim and relax.

The fan and light switches seem to be on a timer, and we couldn't work out how to have them on or off without the timer. A bit annoying when the light came on and the fan stopped unexpectedly. We should've asked the receptionist to solve the problem, but we forgot each time we went downstairs. We also had trouble with the dryer after washing our clothes which we should've asked about also.

I like the location which is right across then road from the beach and also very handy to the shops and restaurants The pool area is nice and has a spa and sauna The staff are very friendly and helpful

When booking you are unable to request the type of apartment you would prefer so it’s a bit of an unknown when you turn up whether you will have a direct ocean view or whether you will be at the side of the building if you make a request. We requested ocean view and were lucky enough to have our request granted.

Best location. Easily accessible to everything.

Terrible Wi-Fi Experience - 0 Stars I recently stayed for five nights and unfortunately, it was an experience marred by one major flaw. Throughout my stay, I encountered constant disruptions and painfully slow speeds. Whether I was trying to check emails, stream a movie, or simply browse the web, the Wi-Fi proved to be utterly unreliable. It became increasingly frustrating to rely on such an essential service that consistently failed to deliver.

Fantastic location. Great for those that don't drive, you can walk everywhere, plenty of food shops and supermarkets nearby. Tram stops and public transport nearby too. Cross the road from the apartment and you are at the beach and the esplanade walk. The outdoor pool was warm enough to swim in and the spa is wonderful!

The main toilet was very old and could have been replaced to complement the new one in the ensuite. It was not a pretty sight. Outdoor chairs were worn out and can become a safety concern for the elderly or those of bigger build. Sliding doors needed fixing before I could open them to get to the balcony. One was fixed promptly. 2 light fixtures had issues, and were also reported b before leaving. Little details like these are important to take care of for a 100% pleasant experience.

Absolutely everything. Comfort, location was perfect. Front of staff were so lovely and helpful, Barbie ( I hope that is correct) was a breath of fresh air after our long trip up there. The cleanliness of the whole complex was outstanding. So happy with our stay that we rebooked for January while we were still there. Cant wait 😊😊

Didn’t dislike anything. Only thing that I can comment on was that in our unit, number 19, there was no blind on the kitchen window or a door on the laundry entry. A bit noisy when I had to use the washing machine.

great location, ocean views amazing with pods of whales assing very close to shore, very close to all shoping and tourist attractions, will be back

early checkin could have been better, even just to check vehicle in and then we could wander to shops etc, whilst room was being finished,power points in laundry area need attention, fifth floor room 20 to be specific, rust areas in main door entrance to room not attractive and the salt is taking its toll on the bilding
