The location was very convenient to Pacific fair for work

That the reception did not open until 9.30m and I had to postpone my leaving to get my cash deposit back as I could not have the $100 head for any length of time.

Cleanliness and location. Free snack was nice also microwave and iron. Bathroom has been renovated. Shutters kept noise out

Bed was old. Also air con and bathroom fan need updating. Lots of roadworks which can’t be helped

The location is convenient, late check-in arrangement is good.

Hard to communicate via telephone as no body answer the call.

Brilliant Location! Short walk to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre & Casino,, so we decided to walk instead of drive and park. Found the room clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and very clean. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and find it good value. Stayed for 2 nights and always had a free parking spot at Motel. The Receptionist, who also does Housekeeping, was very friendly and welcoming.

The rusty door on the small fridge was a bit off putting. Rusty door handles on bathroom vanity. Once the Fridge and door handles are replaced, it will make such a difference to the appearance of room 3. It didn't take away from the comfortable stay we had at Tropicana Motel though!

It Was All Good.

The Shower Head Was Lose and Caused a Hit On My Head.

I actually liked the communication between myself and the staff at these premises, and I also know that the Tropicana is an older block of units, but the insides of the room's have been refurbished and are quite nice and over all great value for money ok cheers Troy Clothier

The only thing I didn't like is that the deposit doesn't get refunded back into my bank for over 3days anyway they are not the only ones doing this but the staff we're great in letting me know this ok cheers Troy Clothier

great location. just cross the road to go to pacific fair shopping centre and the tram station, jugs to get water to boil, kitchen stuff all good and working well.

construction noise outside in the morning, but that's inevitable. fridge door rusted looked shocking, but only cosmetic issue. inside is clean blanket not thick enough, a bit cold at night in winter, i didn't like to use aircon

Went there to see "Pink" on my girl's Birthday. Location- Pacific Fair (I got my nails done there and amazing. I left a card with my keys) and the buses are across the road. Pizza shop is a couple of minutes away. We didn't have to use the car at all. Room: Air-conditioned, Cozy & very clean. Staff were very friendly. Gold Coast people are very friendly.

Only stayed for 2 nights, wish it was longer.

It is in a great location for the purpose of my stay. It is almost directly opposite the last tram (g-link) station. It provides off street parking. The facilities are clean, tidy and in good condition. The bed was comfortable, the room offered several useful and worthwhile amenities including fridge, kettle, iron and ironing board and free wifi. I checked in late and the process was easy and convenient.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

The staff was super friendly and especially Iris was very helpful when I checked in and wanted to extend my stay with an extra night. Location was great, right next to Pacific Fair shopping center as well as tram/bus station with connections all over Gold Coast. Peaceful neighborhood and next to a lovely beach with a lifeguard but no crowds.

First night I temporarily had issues with wifi in my room, but later it worked perfectly, so not sure what that was about.
