Gympie is the nearest big town near our home in the country and as such we have to travel there for various reasons. One being for some medical procedures as this was the case on this occasion. It is a central location for both shopping and medical services. It is not the first time we have stayed there overnight when needed for medical reasons. The staff have always been courteous and helpful and on this occasion the gentleman in the office was extremely helpful arranging our accommodation as I had so me difficulty i n walking.

If we were to have any problem at all and it really isn't the motel fault it would be that the traffic going past on the main highway late at night was a little irksome.

I was traveling through, so easily accessible from the main road. It was close to the main road but still very quiet in the room. It was close to a few food outlets which was hand as I pulled in late.

Nothing really it suited my needs. Its the second time I've stayed the first was with my family and again it was very suitable to our needs.

The location was very central to shops and places to eat. The rooms were very clean, obviously updated, and both the check-in and check-out process were super easy.

While they provided two teaspoons for coffee, a couple of knives and forks would have made eating our takeout easier. That's really my only note. If I stayed here again, I'd probably just make a point of BYO.

Close to town. HUGE family room. Decent size bar fridge. Price was great. Quiet room at the back of the motel. Friendly owners.

Needs a little maintenance. Shower head was leaking and falling down, TV had lines through the screen, broken LCD screen needs fixing, and a light in 2nd room was broken.

It was close to where I needed to be in the evening. Provided two beds as requested. Parking on site.

You could hear people walking (thudding) on the floor above. Sometimes, you could also hear water running (taps from other rooms, maybe?)

Clean and friendly staff. Easy access from a very busy road.

Need plates and cutlery, water jug in the fridge. Had trouble with the door the key wouldn’t unlock, tried several time to unlock the door. Felt a little unsafe trying to get inside at night. Room 11

I've stayed here before and it was great. However the room this time was much cleaner and fresher which was awesome. All staff are friendly, polite and go above and beyond. ... my only small, tiny grievance.... please bring back k the pool. 😊

The Manager was very helpful in accommodating my physical disability in not being able to manage stairs and changed us from an upstairs room to a ground floor room with perfect disability aids installed. The room was perfectly comfortable and equipped.

Reception were friendly, rooms where basic but beds were comfortable and air conditioning helped manage outside temperature changes within the room.

Unfortunately the convenient location meant it was quite noisy at night (road traffic could be heard all night).

Large Room with good setup. It was reasonably quiet in the room which was good as the Motel is right on a very noisy highway - lots of trucks through the night.

The Air Conditioner wasn’t very efficient - lucky it wasn’t summer. The parking space was not in front of our room which was a little disappointing.
