The room felt very private and like a perfect home away from home with a kitchenette that had a: fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and sink. Shower had great pressure and the bathroom in general was very well fitted out and I felt very comfortable. I used the breakfast bar seating in the kitchenette area to sit and work on my laptop and comfortably attended a zoom meeting with the free wifi. Plenty of power points and usb charging for all my devices. Iron and ironing board in the room for pressing clothes for the next day. 2 washing machines and 2 clothes dryers are available downstairs between 7am and 7pm which I found very convenient. Drake's IGA was a very comfortable walk away to buy supplies for dinner and breakfast, but there are several fast food and regular restaurants along the road the hotel is on if you'd rather not cook.

Very clean, fresh and inviting. It was compact but very still comfortable. They had everything that suited our needs an eg.iron ,hairdryer and microwave. We stayed 3 nights, our beds were made through the day , tea and biscuits were refilled and an offer for fresh towels if we wished. The bed was firm but comfortable and the shower was great. It looked like there was a laundry facility available however was not needed by us. Easy access to parking which was under the property with lift available which was convenient.

Being picky would be a bit of traffic noise but not unbearable.

So modern, which is such a rare thing for motels these days. It was spotless, comfortable and some great features. From lights that came on as we drove into the garage, the lift to one floor, the large flat screen TV, the exceptional kitchenette to the ultra modern bathroom with a large mirror with an magnifying mirror to one side with touch lighting around the mirror making it so easy to put on makeup… I loved everything about it. This is definitely a hidden gem. I would have loved to stay longer and I will definitely stay here again, next time we come to Gympie. Oh and our host was so helpful and friendly too.

Nothing! Couldn’t find a fault with it!

The location was perfect, next door to what seemed to be the cheapest petrol in Queensland. I was amazed at the quality of the rooms, the service rendered to us before we even got there and all the little extras, real coffee, everything we could possibly need in the morning in terms of toiletries and some extra. The bed was really comfortable. it's a great concept and works well. The shower was almost perfect. I can't believe how affordable this is and what you get for the cost - it's changing the motel game!

The soundproofing is not the best and you can see in the windows when the interior lights are on, you can shut the blinds though which we did. I would have liked more milk but I just ended up getting a drive through coffee. My partner enjoyed his coffee though. To be honest, I'm struggling to find negatives. We wanted a nice clean stopover on an epic roadtrip and we got so much more. Comfort, thoughtfulness, modern facilities and little touches of luxury.

Firstly the staff are excellent! Well done to David & Emma. I needed an afterhours checkin and their instructions were perfect. If you are a very very light sleeper then you might hear a little traffic noise but honestly although I had been a bit worried I slept like a log so all good! Also they thoughtfully provide a packet of earplugs and eyemask so you’re ready for if in the middle of the night you can’t sleep. I loved that the bedside powerpoints had twin USB charging sockets, and the room tv had a HDMI wall input so that I could do some work on the bigger screen. Parking was excellent. I didn’t get to try the breakfast as I arrived late at night, can order breakfast by 7pm the night before. Thanks again for an excellent stay.

Well-located on the highway for convenience, but just a couple of block's walk to good coffee (Hatch, Swing By) and really great Poke bowls, as well as fast food options. Quite modern, clean rooms that were well sound-proofed against highway noise. Plenty of undercover parking.

The only downside for me was the bright blue LED in the bathroom mirror. It shines right in your eyes when you're trying to get to sleep. We draped the bath towel over it to fix the problem.

Breakfast was good, location adequate for our visit.

The light from the bathroom , a curtain or blind to shield the light would make for a better night's sleep. Even though we reduced it to just the time, & on/off button, for us there was too much light across that expanse of glass, and the eye shields offered were a nice touch, but a band aid solution, as opposed to a permanent curtain able to be pulled across the wall [ Also if you have never worn them, the eye shields are not a comfortable option, at least for us. ] Apart from that, nothing to really complain about.

I was blown away by Room Motel Gympie- immaculate, perfectly presented, well outfitted and so stylish! Clean layout, clever storage, recessed lighting, and all the right finishes- the works! Plus milo in the courtesy kit and everything provided, including a sewing kit, in the bathroom- who could ask for more? Will stay there again, and will absolutely be recommending it to others needing a short stay in Gympie.

The room was fantastic! Had everything I needed and wanted. It was beautifully modern in styling yet offered all the little things many places don’t bother with now. The kitchenette was great and I was able charge my devices which was great Clean, OMG it was spotless and so lovely

I can find not fault at all. The room was great the staff excellent and I was a late arrival and everything was sorted for me.

I loved the room, so clean and well presented. The shower was the best. The bed was super comfy. The complimentary tea and coffee was extra well catered. I had such a nice night staying here! The cleanliness was next level. Also had USB charger which was perfect! I was very impressed.

It was a little noisy. And I couldn’t figure out if my door was locked or not…
