A stylish and comfortable stay amongst beautiful bushland with access to the beach nearby. For families who love their space, creature comforts of home and plenty of outdoor activities, this is the perfect place to be. We appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle. The decor of the home is gorgeous. Such a nice space for everyone to stretch out or meet together on the patio or lounge, this was the ideal setting. We love beach 4WDing so this adds to the experience. Overall, staying at the Beach Rd - Holiday Homes, is like glamping only better!

Nothing negative to say

Great place to gather with a large group. A quieter area that suits people that want to gather with families. The rec centre facilities are amazing. The area is unique and handy to beach and lake. Not too expensive.

Supplies are hard to get and it would have made it much nicer if extra toilet paper and paper towels and more dishwashing towels were available as you are likely to do all your cooking there. But they do warn you so I guess we should have brought more too.

The house was large open living easily fitted our family of 8. Settled among trees, visited by wildlife which the kids loved. They also loved the pool, pool table and tennis court.

The houses at the Beach Road resort are tucked in between a forest of Eucalyptuses and native bush, the houses merge into the environment . Its quite and secluded. Easy access. Friendly staff.

The house needs to be aerated and ventilated before guests arrival, it felt stuffy on the first second day. Lack of coffee plunger in the kitchen.

If you're looking for a getaway in nature but to have all the creature comfort and luxuries as opposed to camping and holiday park style accommodation then Beach Road Holiday Homes is a must. So relaxing and comfortable. So much room for everyone, plenty of room for multiple cars. The open plan living of the house made you feel like you were right in nature. Great facilities area with pool, spa, pool table, kids room, bbq facilities etc.

there is nothing not to like

Cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. Privacy and quiet location. Leisure Centre was lovely and enjoyed the pool. Wildlife.

There was no handwash provided. In a world of covid, I thought that would have been an essential. We had to unpack the dishwasher...this should have been done by cleaners. We paid for a cot but had to put it up ourselves. It was a little difficult not having used one before.

The villa was far larger, more beautiful, and more comfortable than I had expected. The leisure centre with the pool was awesome. The staff were really helpful when I had issues.

The only problem I had with the villa I stayed in was the hot water didn’t work for about half of my stay due to an issue with the water pump. (Though the managers did their best to fix it and did temporarily fix it before the issue occurred again at the end of my stay.

I love the seclusion and how is was rustic cross with a luxurious feel. Being so close to nature but being able to relax with the comforts provided made our stay wonderful.

There were only a couple little adjustments I would make to improve this awesome place, First thing this come up with some sort of deal with the Ferry so customers are not paying so much going back and forward to the main land. The other thing is try to get all staff on the same page with how all the systems work.
