The buffet dinner was the worst buffet I have ever had and it was one of the most expensive. It was basically a baked dinner. Breakfast has more options and comes with juice etc.

We love that all the activity inclusions and school holiday fun activities. The rooms are lovely and well kept. The wildlife is beautiful to watch and observe with Kangaroos often outside the rooms with joeys. Staff are always friendly and helpful. We appreciated the speedy service received for room service delivery.

Wasn't impressed by the meal selection from either the buffet or Soho menu and the pricing was quite high. The higher than expected pricing resulted in us not spending as much on beverages. Also we weren't impressed this stay with the level of attentiveness by the life guards/beach staff. Previous stays they had a staff member showing you how to use the sail boats and also monitor time so that all waiting got a chance to use. Staff also weren't monitoring that the activities were being utilised by guests or affiliates only. They also weren't actively engaging swimmers to move out of the canoe/kayak area so that any canoe/kayak's returning to shore aren't going to hit people.

Bed was really comfortable with good selection of pillows. Loved the "green" promo - opting out of room servicing (2 nights max) for $15 p/n drink/food credit. Peaceful location. Pool area fantastic with lots of shallow areas (if you have kids or just like lounging in the water, drink/food menu scan option. Icecream and drink kiosk 10am-3pm weekdays. Conference facilities were good. Great selection for breakfast but like most buffets rarely hot.

For the price, rooms were very standard with none of the usual little things offered... room service, robe, slippers, etc

Beautiful location, friendly staff, nice room.

There was barely ever anyone in the towel kiosk- at one point I was desperate for a towel and had to wander in and help myself. We opted for the eco friendly no-service of the room for 2 days. This gives you back $30 per room for each two days in room credit. We did this twice so should have been ?$60 room credit but On checkout we only received $45 credit. On day 3 when the room was serviced, the beds were made, however the bathroom didn’t really appear to have been touched- sink definitely wasn’t cleaned. Tea bags and sugar weren’t replaced either.

The grounds, the foyer gave the impression you were staying somewhere special. They told us we had been upgraded to a Lagoon view room. Which we were very excited about. We enjoyed an amazing brekky with friends who joined us. Dinner was average...fried calamari and 3 butterflies prawns for entrees. The Truffle chips were great.

The room was very dated and tired, especially when it was $367 for 1 night. The balcony guttering was so rusty that when it rained it gushed water down and we had to jump up and move. Knocked a glass over breaking it with no implements to sweep it up.

The staff were always able to assist room was clean I did not get the 2 beds I booked a room with 2 beds and got a single queen bed - two sisters ok to be in the one bed but if I had traveled with anyone else it would not have been OK

New Years Eve - No on site restaurants open - had arranged food trucks from 6 till 10 - we went out at 8.30 pm only to get the last food available - all the food trucks were closing we got half price food as it was the last There was a bridge closed - no explanation and thus reduced our walking on a path with lights

The resort has everything you need in the one spot really. Great for family’s.

The parking was atrocious. They need to have enough for people actually paying to stay there. The staff told us to double park when a car park could not be found. The restaurant gets boring as their offer for food isn’t great, especially if you plan on staying longer than a weekend. We couldn’t get a table the first night stay at the restaurant and the staff were reluctant in recommending anything in the area. They would benefit from having a wider variety of options available from different cuisines.

The man at the buffet breakfast was very rude about needing to buy an extra plate for my son When my husband gave him something to eat . My son has a peanut allergy and we didn’t need two meals .. the way he spoke gave a terrible impression of the hotel on day one and we had spent so much money saving for this resort You need to speak to th e man that runs the buffet he is an older guy and very rude There should also be a kids breakfast price

Room was ok, need to provide a blanket for the bed if needed. Also, some cold water in the fridge would be great. Would be good to provide another breakfast option, other than the one being a $37 buffet. We had dinner on the verandah Friday night, some more options would also be good. My son ordered a plate of chips on Saturday afternoon and after 50mins it did not arrive, he then asked for a refund and the person was not helpful at all, some would say RUDE and did not provide a refund. But the gentlemen that came down to the wedding and looked for him and explained the problem. Then organized the refund was great.

The facilities were great for a couple or family. The buffet breakfast was really good and the staff at the kayaks and sail boats were absolutely fantastic! Very very friendly and helpful!

The cabin only had a small bar fridge with no sink so you had to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink. There was no toaster, only a kettle and coffee machine so you were forced to eat at the restaurant or off site. Whilst the buffet was great, the other restaurant food was very average for the price so wouldn’t recommend dining in for lunch or dinner.
