I honestly had the best nights sleep in years. The mattress was perfect for me as I have severe back problems. I was very impressed how spotless everything was, and the quietness of the apartments. Also was lucky enough to get a fantastic view of fireworks, which was a lovely sight.

We did not know this area at all. Google maps kept sending us to a different entrance which was closed. I would definitely recommend Reception Signage entrance to make it easier for everyone. Even Menulog could not find the entrance. The very unhelpful driver left our food across the road at a medical centre and did not even bother to tell us. Luckily a cleaning lady bought it over about an hour later, but by then we were so upset we were not hungry anymore. Please make main entrance easy to find. It caused a lot of stress and tears for my sister and myself. We are not city people, and my sister is nearly 70yo. Don’t need that kind of stress at our age.

Location was perfect for the sporting competition at the AFL ovals which was the reason for our stay. Extended full day check on Sunday was great and value for money. Local shopping centre and parks and lagoon were within walking distance. Plenty of food options at shopping centre.

Obviously a newly built area and within 12 months will have many more facilities.

The property was brand new and catered for all types of stays. Very well equiped with all new appliances and furniture to make a lovely home away from home. A quiet environment and a very comfortable, enjoyable stay if only for one night.

We needed accommodation for one night at a reasonable price as we were flying back to Melb the next morning and as we were unfamiliar with Brisbane and surrounds we chose Quest which was in a newly developed area a long way from shops, restaurants and transport which made moving around difficult as we did not have access to a car. The taxi to the airport was expensive ($130) and a long drive, so the isolation proved to be a problem.

We loved the room and the facilities. Had the weather played ball and not rained every day we were there we could have walked most places we wanted to go.

For people traveling from overseas and who have never been to this area before, I suggest you ask them about their mode of transport. We traveled from the airport by train thinking we could get a taxi at the station. This was not the case. We were unaware of the uber situation. Heads up to travelers would be awesome.

Pleasant and relaxing apartment, beaut kitchen with helpful equipment, lovely big shower. Good having air con in the bedroom area as well as in the lounge area. It is advantageous that Quest apartment block is just across the road from the Mater Private Hospital, as it was good to have the overnight stay there after anesthetic procedure that afternoon.

Being a pensioner couple unused to hotels, etc., we found the price quite high; and then an extra $15 for parking if you wanted it. Wife found the main bed a bit hard, but I found it comfortable.

Facilities were good and rooms well maintained and clean. Secure onsite parking with plenty of room for larger vehicles (4WD).

Onsite parking is an extra cost ($15.00 per night) which is not mentioned in the booking stage. While the location was close to our work site there are no restaurants or bars within easy walking distance.

Modern hotel well equipped with everything we needed. Would be great if staying for a week as you can cook all your meals in the room. All crockery and glasses and bedding etc was of a very high standard. Very comfortable bed Reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful

Nothing - a great place to stay

I got in late, even so, the individual working in reception was lovely. I got into the apartment with no problems, it was immaculate and even smelt clean. The shower was great, no hint of soap scum or fingerprints or dirty grout or any of the things you come to expect from more affordable options. On top of this I was able to wash and dry my clothes which is always an awesome bonus.

I don't think I stayed for long enough to have any real complaints.

I like the location as it was close to all the places I needed to go over our weekend.

No smoking on the balcony

The hotel does not have a restaurant but there was coffee available in the foyer.

Restaurant or coffee shop would be nice. That way guests would not have to walk over the road to the Mater hospital to use their coffee shop.
