Great location, friendly staff, nice restaurant and bar, room was a nice size

the restaurant food was great. the property was very central to what we were looking to do

parking was difficult - moving bags from a multi level shopping centre via lifts and up the street was very hard for us

Rooms a little small

Ibis is a consistently good stay for me. I have stayed a few times with them and have never had an issue. The staff are especially consistently good. I regretfully missed his name, but the gentleman who helped me work the tv was lovely.

Nah I liked my whole time there. If I were to nitpick, and this is nitpicky, would like more range in the laundry room ie. more choice to choose longer cycles. My clothes were still a bit damp after a 44 min $4 drying cycle.

We came with no expectation but we were really satisfied. Rooms are easy but new and clean, everything is where is supposed to be. The hotel is in the very center. Everthing is clean and nice.

Clean, organised, friendly. I liked that the room was cleaned and with fresh towels each day. Did basically everything I needed with no issues. Also they gave me a complimentary late checkout when they learned my flight was at 6pm. I would definitely stay here again.

The gym was a bit lacking in equipment. I would have liked to be able to plug a USB into the TV, but can understand why that may not be allowed. The fridge was a bit too small and also didn't get very cold. Lastly no basic room service was a mild disappointment. All understandable

Excellent stay for solo business traveller! Great location - close enough walking distance to Rundle mall, Rundle street, convention centre, tram stops, and river side parks. No noise over night (I was staying on the 16th floor.) Wide space desk for working. Also, I was very happy with breakfast - several fruit choices (I am a fruit lover!), and all other buffet breakfast options! Very clean and daily house keeping service provided! Very friendly and helpful reception staff to assist me to check in and out! Thank you!

The cost of 3 nights 4 days with buffet breakfast was A$780. Not sure whether this is standard cost of Adelaide's business hotel stay, but I felt this might be bit costly as a solo traveller. The room was very hot. (not sure why?) I had to leave air condition on all night. There was no razor for shave provided. I asked reception staff, they were very helpful to try to find one to contact housekeeping team. But they don't have one. They don't have skin/face moisturiser either(Only washer). It would be nice to include on their amenity kit.

Very central to main city attractions and shopping , within walking distance. Clean and well maintained. Room as described, had basic facilities.Great housekeeping. Friendly and helpful staff in reception, available 24hours a day .Nice bar and although we didn't eat in restaurant, good menu and other diners seemed to be enjoying food .

A little noisy because of traffic due to location but earplugs solved this !
