didn’t like that you could get into the building and up the lift even if you weren’t staying in the building we had someone trying to get into our room in the middle of the night but sounded like they were trying to use a access card and it wasn’t opening must have been trying to get into the wrong room but they were trying for about 10mins we couldn’t have a decent shower we didn’t even have to put the cold water tap on and hot water went cold after a couple of mins when we booked the description said city views but when we got into our room there was an outdoor bland and we couldn’t see anything

This hotel was very handy to everything we needed in the eastern end of the city. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. Housekeeping was lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

The bathroom. Our suite was very roomy with a balcony but the bathroom was very tiny and a very poor design. It’s such a shame because everything else was fab.

great location with good coffee shop downstairs. clean and comfortable.

The air conditioning was ice cold and the room was dark. Was exactly what I wanted to escape the heat of the day. The staff were delightful and went an extra mile in making me feel welcome.

The bed could use thicker pillows or perhaps some extras stored in the cupboard. But nothing to fault otherwise!

Staff were massively accommodating. We slept in and were running late as well as the entire iokibg was a last minute occurrence. Soho staff assisted at every one of those hurdles with a smile and welcoming hand .

Personally I like the place, always have , it's minimalist in a futuristic way.

Such a hidden little gem to stay at, especially for people that need to study/work on their laptops, it is just perfect to sit back on the perfect little single lounge chair set up just for that. A very relaxing space

On a Sunday the pool doesn't open until 11am (check out is at 11am)

Good value. Very comfortable beds, quiet location, close to cbd, bi fold windows-excellent ventilation and natural air flow.

Toiletries, towels weren't in room initially and had to be brought in (also happened to another guest), room phone didn't work, pool was closed, room wasn't completely clean when I entered. Used towels and bags of rubbish from previous occupants were by the door, front desk staff were not available when I wanted to check out and request for my bags to be left at front desk for the remainder of the day. Wasn't able to get through to manager on duty with phone number provided until 10 mins later. Attempted twice to contact manager on duty.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Soho this year. We came back and got the spa suite and it was definitely worth the money. Such a comfortable room, with a comfortable vibe. Loved the robes and slippers aswell.

The only thing we'd say we didn't like was this rooms TV.. the last room we stayed in which was on level 2 had a TV that we could watch Stan on etc. This TV on level 5 was quite old. Other then that, there was nothing to complain about.

The staff are absolutely wonderful here. Outstanding customer service. I felt looked after, like one of the family. I will certainly be back.

The place could undeniably do with an update but it was perfect for what I needed. Soundproofing is the only issue that clearly stands out.
