Convenient location and the price was reasonable. Front desk staff were very lovely

Location fairly central to catch the tram. The bed was fine (I like super hard though)! The room was pleasant, and the outlook. Reception was helpful as was the room attendant/Colombian lady.

The room could have done with a THOROUGH vacuum, as opposed to a quick whisk around. There was 'something' on the floor, off the bottom of someone's shoe probably, when I checked in, and it remained there, between the bathroom door and the lounge area, on the carpet, for the duration of my 7 or 8 days stay. That was a bit off-putting.

My stay at the Terrace Hotel was outstanding. The rooms were clean, tidy and homely. Reception staff were friendly and very happy to help, parking was very easy and accessible and the hotel had a luxurious feel for an excellent price. Overall very impressed and will be looking forward to my next stay.

Not a thing I would like to change, I have never felt more safe in a hotel. The overall stay was amazing and I can't wait to return sometime in the near future!

Very comfy bed. Finding a bathtub in the bathroom was an unexpected luxury. I really appreciated the sliding door to the balcony, which meant I could have fresh air. Despite being adjacent to the elevator, the room was very quiet. Staff were absolutely wonderful! It was lovely to have the parklands directly across the road. As I stayed for over a week, it was great to have access to the in-house washing machines ($7) and dryers ($6). Excellent quality food in restaurant.

No toaster or microwave. No secure access to each level, so anyone can access any floor. Room could be cleaner.

Clean, neat, modern. Excellent access to city and suburbs. Aadi and Nure at reception were very helpful and prompt in helping us when things weren’t working. We had to ask for a remote for TV. Also we needed to change room to the motel next door as the bath based shower was not accessible for my elderly mother. Aadi snd Nure were so understanding and prompt in sorting a new room for us.

I think there should be walk in showers. I also thought parking was included in booking- not an extra daily fee. I think there should be face washers per guest, not per room.

The hotel was well set up. Room was big and comfortable with almost everything needed for the 3 nights we were there.

Housekeeping didn't refill all supplies (notably coffee pods) some days and they only provide those little UHT milk cups, which have hardly any milk in them and are such a bad bit of plastic waste. We went and bought a litre of milk for the 3 days. Oh and we got evacuated for a fire alarm after midnight on the second night, which is fine, not the hotels fault, but never got an apology or explanation which is disappointing.

Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful and they stored our luggage on departure day which was great

We had a late checkout as we didnt get in until nearly midnight. Housekeeping didnt get that memo so knocked on the door at 9 ready to clean, i explained and they went away but came back 15 minutes later.

Very large suite with a spacious bed, large spa, double balcony with great views looking east, and plenty of kitchen amenities on offer. Situated on South Terrace in a reasonably low-traffic area and within walking distance to many great shops & cafes. Restaurant on ground floor is also perfect for a quiet dinner and staff are very attentive to your needs.

On check-in was told we were required to move rooms mid-stay, however both suites were identical, clean and stocked with amenities. Parking on site was complimentary however far too cramped and tight for the size of the hotel.

I’ve been staying there annually for some years, except the Covid lockdown years and have always found the premises suitable for my needs.

I tried to ring on a number of occasions from my home in Melbourne in the immediate weeks before my on-line booked dates, but the phone lines as given on the internet refused to connect me to the hotel. I did mention this to the desk staff upon arrival who expressed surprise at this, and said that my complaint would be passed on to management.
