Fabulous location on the edge of town, the rooms have all been given an upgrade since my visit here over 5 years ago which are now much better. Loved the pool, restaurant and bar area which is a great addition for the hotel. Look forward to returning next year for the Tour Down Under.

Poor reception and choice on TV's for local channels but plenty of subscription channels available.

Room was tidy, clean and spacious and the bed was so comfortable! Lovely modern feel! Location of the hotel was nice, easy accessible with plenty of car parking available and a short walk to reception. The staff were lovely on arrival and departure and during breakfast service. Staff were accommodating to a room on the ground floor due to recent surgery which was very pleasing and much appreciated. Very affordable and would pay again for the experience! Lovely place! Definitely recommend and will visit again!

Fabulous little motel that has been recently renovated! Super cute and very clean - staff are very quick to do housekeeping for the room which is always great. The pool area is fabulous and the location close to the park across the road for a walk or not too far from some great eatery spots. Will definitely be back for sure!

HotelMotel were brilliant! They let us park there for the day as we were in town early for an event. While dropping off the car they had a room ready that we could put our gear in. (Late morning) Super helpful as we were out then till late and didn't have to sort out rooms and luggage then. Room was super clean and nicely decorated, modern and freshly renovated. The whole hotel was nice and quiet even with a big event on.

Pleasantly surprised with our experience at HotelMotel. The motel has been extensively renovated, and very tastefully at it. The room and bathroom decor has definitely seen an interior designer go over it, with a very pleasant look to it all - great choice of colours and tiling. The room, beds, bathroom and toilets were impressively clean. The wardrobe and furniture were in new condition. HotelMotel has AMAZING beds - I personally thought they were 5-star hotel spec mattresses, and the sheets are definitely high thread count pure cotton. We were exceptionally impressed with the smart Android TV with all apps, including Netflix, as well as the smart tablet the doubled as a radio streaming speaker and alarm clock. Pod coffee machines were a great touch, as were the high Thank You brand amenities kits. Split system air conditioning was also without fault. Overall, we were highly impressed with everything inside the room.

It is really a pity to be mentioning this, as the motel was impressive beyond measure for everything else. The "Free Parking" noted in our Booking.com note is actually only partly correct. HotelMotel's parking situation is that your room booking puts you in a LUCKY DRAW to win a parking spot, should you come early enough and secure your spot. The parking lot itself allows anyone from the street to come pay to park in it. So essentially at busy times, you wont find a spot. This was a bit strange and definitely annoyed us several times. The other minor issue was that the room doesnt provide cutlery for you to eat food... but this is more a request.

There is a mini fridge but not a microwave. Having that would have helped a lot with heating milk for the kids

Everything. Rooms were clean and modern and loved the lotions and shampoo too! Loved being a able to use the pool and bar.

Location and close to tram,restaurant and city. Staff were very helpful when needed taxi and friendly. Cleaning staff very good and friendly.

It’s located really close to where I had to be for work. Parking is included which is fantastic. The rooms are all updated and have really nice facilities.
