Quiet. Wonderful family activities planned. Helpful staff.

The dish washing liquid was absolutely terrible. I would not have assumed that when we left, our crockery and cutlery was rewashed. The dish washing liquid supplied could not wash butter off of a plate. Let alone provide a cleanliness that would be adequate for today's requirements for the control of COVID and the other virus' that we now have to combat. The next visitor to our cabin would have to rely on us to clean our kitchen ware properly. Please improve this immediately.

I loved the location, my daughter loved to chase the rabbits and go on nature walks. The staff were wonderful, really good customer service skills. I loved how there were photos of SA inside the property, to showcase the good spots for travellers. The property also has a well equipped kitchen to use which was handy.

The property didn’t have many shortcomings to be honest. I would suggest a little more storage for clothes in the bedroom if anything and a fly screen for the back door towards the lake. It was a brilliant stay we loved it.

Clean, modern, spacious. Because it was summer they had food trucks on Friday and Saturday and other bits on movies and stuff for other people to participate with.

Would have loved a ceiling fan or screen door to be able to get the cool breeze from outside instead of having to turn the aircon on. Also they had smart TVs with the Netflix capabilities, but the TV wasn’t connected to the internet, so I couldn’t sign into my account. I also couldn’t even use my chromecast to connect to the internet to watch my shows.

We were up the top of the park and everything was just so quiet and comfortable. rabbits out the back - so sweet! didn't spend too much time in the unit as we were out and about at Handorf and the Hans Heysen exhibition centre. the food mart across the road was exceptional and such great value. brought some goodies to bring home to Melbourne.

Perhaps a mention of the foodmart opposite would be useful.

Very friendly staff and our children loved the bouncing pillow in the shade. The accomodation was perfect for the four of us, personally I think it would be tight with 6 persons. Park was well maintained and designed with as well a beautiful pond. location is really close to Hahndorf.

The WiFi doesn’t really work, signal is weak and therefore for us not usable. Our suggestion for the playground with the slide, might add a swing..for the little ones.

What a gem of a place! Great amenities, fab location, beautiful setting, comfortable and well laid out cabins. I wish we’d been able to stay longer to get the most out of it but that just means we’ll have to come back (and bring the kids next time).

We had two rooms booked - two of us stayed in a cabin, and the other two were in a resort room. I would definitely just book just the cabins next time - they seemed cosier/nicer and more modern. (Our rooms were also very far apart, but that was our fault for not thinking about the park layout.) But they were both great, no complaints at all.

Bed rooms and the bathroom were very clean and well equipped. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and bouncing pillow. Having a well maintained kitchen with all the facilities, we were able to make our meals easily. Everyone loved the BBQ area arranged in the site. More importantly friendly and helpful staff.

cooking utensils lacking, couldnt find a cutting board or scissors. The broom in room was cheap and nasty. Great bbq area but no water near by for cleaning or washing hands. And sadly we were a long way from our daughter.

The accommodation was neat and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Excellent facilities for children to enjoy in the park, with a focus on safety and privacy.

I was dissatisfied with the unclear parking situation in front of Room 69, which led to guests from Room 68 parking their large 4WD in front of our room entrance. To prevent such inconvenience, displaying clear signage indicating parking allocations for each room would be beneficial.

The park is beautiful we stayed only two nights for a wedding but it was a fantastic, beautiful and clean environment with very friendly staff. We will be rebooking in the future to stay a little longer. Our kids played on the bounce mat and had a great time playing putt putt and riding on the bike track
