Everything i asked for, was arranged. I drove all the way from Victoria to Adelaide, total of 13 hrs(with breaks) on road. I was damn tired. I had requested a ground floor room with ironing board n wifi as i was on business trip. I was bit late due to traffic but room was left open for me go straight in. I recvd sms with room no.n instruction at 6 pm as i had informed my est time. Room n amenities were so comfortable. Nice hot shower with comf bed made me fresh for long day next morning ! Bus stop was right outside hotel.

Nothing i could think off. I did meet Margaret on last day (Friday) as i had finished meeting clients so wanted to explore city. I was given full info. As a traveller, all i wanted was gud sleep n warm room.

The ladies were superb in their helpfulness and demeanor. Plenty of coffee, teabags, sugar and a small jug of milk on arrival. We were always asked if there was anything we needed, and nothing was too much. We stayed for 5 nights and found it very comfortable.

Shower pressure was okay but needed to be a little stronger. I would also prefer to have better security (e.g. fob at the door). The internet was also very poor. Failure to supply flowers as requested on the Booking.com app, which was a little disappointing considering it was my wife's birthday on arrival.

Good sized room, clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well. Having a microwave and toaster (not all accommodation have both or even either) was great as we needed an early start in the morning and being able to make a quick breakfast was a bonus. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. I can see us staying there again. We only needed one night which happened to be Christmas and they were able to accommodate us. The staff were very friendly even though we interrupted their day, so a big thank you to them.

Honestly the hosts are truly amazing. I needed a break to study and they immediately accommodated. They told me if I needed anything to just come and ask. Warm and welcoming and truly above and beyond. I can also say that as a hospitality kid I know when things are clean and right. This was beyond my expectations of cleanliness. When I walked in the room I immediately check how clean the rooms are. KUDOS. It is also close to restaurants so even if you want to Uber eats, easy. I studied for two days straight and left refreshed afterwards also. There is a nice little area to hang out if if you need some sun. HONESTLY! Will be returning soon, and will be sending my interstate friends and family here.

One of the cleanest rooms I've stayed in. Bed was also comfortable pillows not so much I found a little too firm. So very close to a Drakes supermarket and the bus stop was right out the front.

I did find it a little noisy from other guests, early hours of the morning on the stair but could have been worse, you do hear a bit of traffic noise but doesn't stop you from sleeping.

Location near exit to Adelaide; close access to public transport, supermarket, grog shop and restaurants. Good and clean showers and toilet

Scraped my left exterior mirror off entering parking spot too close to stairwell; poor condition of some of the power points -- plugs fell out. Not enough available power points; nearly all of them were occupied by fridge, microwave, TV, etc. Staff didn't empty my rubbish bin or clean the room for 3 days, even though I left a sign on the door asking for it to be done.

Room and modern bathroom/toilet well appointed, tidy and clean. Also an excellent laundry available. Very friendly/helpful people. Good location for public transport and nearby shopping etc. Outside facilities were also nice and well-maintained.

Traffic noise was significant, but expected in the location (I thought my room was not too bad). It seemed there might be a bit of a partial blockage in the basin plumbing, but this was not an inconvenience.
